So! I've just been conned! £490! As a person, I feel miserable! As a "businessman" I feel stupid and As a "newbie" I have lost confidence in the Etsy platform! However, I have learnt a massive lesson! Don't get excited about the "sale" and start pressing buttons! Ok, so this morning I received a message from "Matt" saying that he had bought one of my posters, with a link to set up payments. This is the scam! Looking at it now, I should have known that anyone asking how much you have in your account, isn't Etsy! But, I'm new, I was excited and I have no idea how Etsy works! Be careful guys! There are some horrible people out there!

I was always sceptical about offering framed prints because I assumed the higher price would scare buyers off, especially at the larger sizes. But last night proved me completely wrong. I woke up to an order and thought my eyes were still half‑asleep when I saw £130 on the screen. Turns out it was real — an oak‑framed 20"x30" heading to a customer in the US. WOW
