@Mihai Volintiriu I'm ex-military, so I have very much the same outlook as you do, no fluff and flannel, say it as it is, learn from it and move on. As a society I think all this "be kind" stuff has not been good for us, sugar coating doesn't solve anything. So, as the one that your comments were directed at, thank you and please do not change.
