I'm so excited to introduce the next group of wonderful people who've taken up the courage to get started on their goals of being healthier. Reminder there will be an open session from 9 to 11 this morning. Come as you will. Everyone who comes and works out will get a random award of bonus points from the loot chest added to YOUR tonnage score for the day. And then we will have built a scratching post large enough to distract the Yule Cat! 🐈 The bug question now is, who among us is brave enough to be the Hero of Yule??

Hi all, we are collecting RSVPs on who plans to come to the Yule Fest this week (Sat Dec. 27th from 12:00 to 4:00) It is a potluck event, and we ask that if you have chairs or folding tables please bring them. We will have games, karaoke, and we will be announcing the winning team and the Hero of Yule. If you're bringing something please leave a comment below. Family is welcome!
