What does it truly mean to love yourself?
I hear it all the time love yourself, but what is the self that the people mean? The ego? The person i think iam? The divine power/god/the all? And how do i even do it😂. I feel like i dont quite understand what love comes from, i can feel the feeling at times like i love my mother but what does that even mean and why do i even do it?

I love this reflection question 🫶 Here's my personal perspective: 1) a good place of reference is to recognize that you are the love that you seek. 2) Another way of framing love is by looking at it as action-based rather than just a feeling. For example how do you show love? What actions do you take that embody love? 3) I also think the simplest way to answer most of your questions is by swapping out the word 'love' and replacing it with 'unconditional acceptance'. Love can simply mean unconditionally accepting yourself, or others, or situations, experiences, etc. Isn't it easier to wrap our mind around 'unconditional acceptance' rather than trying to comprehend the concept of love?
Hi y'all 👋
I like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. Perhaps we'll get a chance to connect 🌟 About me: I work in Human Systems Maintenance as an Internal Compass Calibration Officer and Emotional Cache Clearing Agent. When the mind has too many tabs open and the nervous system is running hot, I step in as a Nervous System Cooling Technician to help restore balance. The job is equal parts clarity, regulation, and perspective—turning inner chaos into something understandable and workable. Think practical awareness, with a light sense of humor occasionally baked in. Feel free to say hello by giving a 👍

@Yun Chieh Huang haha, Yes these job titles are all made up and it's intended to be a joke and taken with a light heart. Although with your curiosity you revealed an underlying lesson.... - What is your core identity? - Have you ever asked yourself "who am I"? - Here's also a fun quote to keep in mind: "I am who I am. Not who you think I am. Not who you want me to be. I am me."✌ And just for fun, maybe we can call ourselves "Personal Alignment Maintenance Crew"

0 passion, there is nothing that I truly want...
I have 0 passion for anything. I am not depressed. But whenever I think or have to think what I should do with my life (career wise but also on a personal level). There is nothing that I (even super hypothetically) truly want or truly desire... Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?

Wow, great conversation guys, with great tips and insight.👍 So many different angles to take, but here's what I'd love to share: 1) first, it's good to recognize that you're wonderful and a marvelous piece of artwork. Self-love is crucial and accepting who and where you are at this point in time is crucial. 2) if you need to make adjustments or refinements for optimal state of being, then that's also ok. 3) sounds like you're already on the right path and surrendering your worries to a higher power 🙌. How are you building and nourishing that relationship with the Divine? Are you asking God for support guidance, and clarity? 4) from your previous comments, it also sounds like you have a strong internal compass that is guiding you - especially when you speak out loud. Hence, I would strongly suggest getting a journal and writing down your thoughts (perhaps weekly or even daily✍️). 5) here are a couple of fun journal prompts: a) What are 3 things that I'm grateful for today? b) What can I do to uplift someone's life today? or How can I make someone's day a little better? c) What can I let go of today that no longer serves my higher purpose? d) What are 3 intentions that I aspire towards for this week/month? (e.g. could involve meeting a mental wellness goal, social engagement goal, physical activity goal, etc.) 6) remember if there's a day that feels especially heavy, that's okay. Just breathe. You'll even start to feel better if you take 3 deep and intentional breaths. Hope that helps ✌️

It gets easier All you have to do is give up……… {Surrender in other words}

It took me a while to fully understand this and I really struggled because I was overthinking the word "surrender". I guess I wasn't given enough context before but then was able to fully surrender once I realized "what" exactly I'm surrendering and to "who". 😅 Peace bee with you 🫶
Just sharing good stuff 🍰
About two years ago I found Wim Hoff breathing practice on YouTube. Just wanted to share with you guys in case u haven’t tried it yet. It’s free, it works, it’s easy but effective. You may like it if you are dealing with anxiety and negativity. You may also like it if you are trying to quit we.e.d or alcohol, cause it gives you this feeling of changed state of being while not doing any harm to you. It can also just be a pleasure part of your day. Try it, and let me know how you like it and what are your thoughts on it. https://youtu.be/tybOi4hjZFQ?si=JufV0uSto76LncQ_

Thanks for sharing this 🫶 I think breath work is a gateway to peace and liberation. There's a famous quote that says: Control the breath, control the mind; control the mind, control the body.
