A final farewell and thank you
I just wanted to say thank you for all your wonderful messages, it really means a lot to know that I've been able to make a difference in your life. Even though this has only been a short period of time, I want you to apply the 80-20 Rule. Imagine if you ate this way at least 80% of the time? Where would you be in 6 months or even 12 months from now? As I always say, progress over perfection or my motto, "it's not how fast you get there, it's how long you stay there". I also understand that some people may feel they need additional support, accountability and education to help them stay on course, if that's you, then this may be of interest. I'm about to launch my Black Friday offer. Before I do, I wanted to give this group first refusal. It will discount our group coaching by 20% for those who are willing to commit to 6 months and a massive 40% for those who commit to a year. Making it less than a daily Starbucks coffee... not that you drink that stuff now ;-) If that sounds like something you would like to take advantage of, comment 'DETAILS' below this thread before Monday, 1st December and I'll send you over the details. Thank you all once again, it's been a pleasure serving you and here's to your future health and optimised self! Much love, Coach Brycey

Thank you Mark ❤️.
A massive thank you... and a quick question.
Alright team, First off, a massive thank you to all 473 of you who have made the Fat Loss Fast Start group what it is. It's been brilliant seeing the wins, the questions, and the lightbulbs going off. As you know, we're closing the doors on this free group at the end of the month. Before we do, I need to ask a quick favour... I'd genuinely love to know: What was your single biggest takeaway or 'win' from your time in here? (Whether it's a new habit, a mindset shift, or something you finally understood). Drop it in the comments below, I'm really keen to read them.

Hey Mark….. Gosh … the many takeaways from this journey……1st…...Big snogs and kisses to you…. Tireless in your efforts to teach, give advice and just being present to answer our queries… no matter how trivial. Thanks to you I’m much more educated …. I now start the day with a hot lemon water. I now make my own Fruit &Nut using 90%dark chocolate. I now read labels, have swapped some of my foods for more healthier brands. I think longer about what I eat and I work out with purpose. This journey for me has been life changing… I have also engaged with some absolutely awesome people based around the globe who have cheered me on and me doing the same for them …. It’s really been incredible.. You’ve devoted so much time and effort for free to us mere mortals and it’s been so appreciated… THANK YOU for all your time teaching us…I count myself as a very lucky lady to have crossed paths with you x
Avocado & cottage cheese flat bread
I’ve lived in my home for just on 5 years…. For the last 4 & 1/2 years I have only used a microwave or air fryer to cook….I disconnected the gas because I wasn’t using my oven or cook top. Yesterday I got the gas put back on as I now want to make my food… make alternate healthy snacks , make larger quantities of wholesome foods. So today I made a sample trial ( makes approx 5 -6 serves) of a healthy high protein flat bread using only 3 ingredients… 1 Avocado 1 egg 1.5 tbs of cottage cheese Salt & pepper Mix all ingredients together and then spoon onto a lined baking tray. Cook at 200 degrees for approx. 20 mins.. Dinner tonight was the flat bread with lettuce, tomato and onion filling…

Oh good for you @Cathy Curnow. Only last week I had so many riping avocados that I had my husband eat them with me. I should’ve done this!! I will do next time. Great recipe 👏🏾
Why short-term diets fail (and the 3 rules that make fat loss stick)
Most people don’t fail because the plan didn’t work. They fail because the plan wasn’t built to last. You drop 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Then life happens. Old habits creep back in. And before you know it… you’re back where you started. Sound familiar? It’s not motivation you’re missing. It’s a foundation. Inside Thrive365, we focus on 3 rules that build results that last: 1. Build habits, not restrictions If your plan cuts out your favourite foods or your social life, it’s a ticking time bomb. 2. Train for performance, not punishment You don’t need to burn calories. You need to build strength. Muscle is what keeps the fat off for good. 3. Eat more protein, every meal Protein supports recovery. Curbs cravings. Keeps you full. It’s the anchor of every great diet. Forget the short-term fix. Build a system that survives Monday mornings, client dinners, and school runs. That’s sustainable fat loss. 💡 Thrive365 Tip Pick one habit you could still stick to six months from now. That’s your starting point. Not the extreme version of yourself.

@Kirstin McAndrew Thanks Kirsty…. So far so good. I was super excited to find out that there’s David Lloyd gym just 10mins away … must be a sign 🤣
I’m back
Took a mini break from posting in this chat hut I have been reading the posts. Holidays and work snowed under, and hurt my knee. I started this back group in sept and did the 10 day cleanse, and now doing the best I can for eating and exercises. Decided to pause the gym For a few weeks and turn my hand to the 10k daily steps (on average) and doing the dumb bell workout. Feels good to be active in this space again. I’ve gone back to batch cooking and moving the family over to some healthy options. Happy to share any receipes .
