Funnel traffic isn’t your problem. What happens AFTER the click is.
With Funnel Hacking Live happening right now, everyone’s thinking about traffic, offers, and funnels. But here’s the piece most funnel owners overlook completely: what happens to leads in the first 5 minutes after they hit your page. You can have a world-class funnel and still lose 80% of your leads because your follow-up is too slow. The research: → Respond within 1 minute → 391% higher conversion rate → After 5 minutes → 80% drop in connection rate → After 30 minutes → they’ve moved on If someone fills your opt-in form and doesn’t hear back instantly — your funnel already failed them. Here’s the automated back-end I built for coaches and online business owners: → Opt-in / form submit → AI sends personalized intro + qualification questions within seconds → They reply → AI has a real conversation, answers FAQs, and books the discovery call → They go quiet → 7-day smart follow-up sequence (conversational, not a broadcast blast) → They book → confirmation, calendar sync, reminder, pre-call prep delivered automatically This runs on GHL + Conversation AI. No extra team members needed. I went from spending 3 hours a day on manual follow-up to 20 minutes reviewing what got booked. If you’re at FHL or working on your offer strategy this week — think about the back-end follow-up as seriously as the funnel itself. Most of the money is there. Happy to talk through how this applies to your specific offer or setup.

@Liton Sarker I’d keep the quote separate from any interpretation, Liton. A brief note about what was being discussed gives it context, and any impression should be marked as a guess to check with the person. That makes it less likely the next conversation starts from an assumption.

@Liton Sarker I was describing how I'd want the handoff to work, Liton, rather than a particular setup I have running. The important part for me would be seeing that context before dialing, wherever the team keeps it. Thanks for adding the point about when the note was captured.

@Joelle Dennis Joelle, what stood out from that first live day that you could actually put to work afterward? It’s always interesting to hear which idea survives the excitement of an event and turns into a practical next step.

@Joelle Dennis Congratulations on your first client, Joelle! Having a real person waiting for what you’re building certainly gives the learning a focus. What is the main job the app will help them do?
Why Your Content Library Isn’t Working When Customers Get Stuck (And How to Fix It)
Okay, I just figured out the coolest thing. I’m building an app for a client with a mountain of courses, keynotes, and podcast episodes. The obvious move is to put it all inside a membership site and make a Success Path. I’ve built those for years. They can be great. But they still ask a lot from the customer. What is available? Which path fits me? Where am I in this whole maze? Which piece of content is the one I need right now? I have been inside membership sites with so much good stuff that you do not know where to start. It feels like a kid in a candy store until you grab the closest thing, hope it helps, and get disappointed. So we are doing something different. The app has features that move the customer through the Success Path with as little effort as possible. Then we added a 24/7 AI adviso, trained on every possible piece of content that also knows what they are working on. It can suggest useful questions. With one click, the customer can ask the advisor. It can answer from the expert’s body of knowledge and bring forward the right training, keynote, or episode where the expert explains the problem they are stuck on. Not a giant library.. Help in context.. Right where they are.. Right now. Here is how to build it. First, have your AI builder create a corpus and pipeline for your content. It should transcribe the material and map what each piece teaches. Second, give your app a way to read that corpus and pull forward the material that fits the customer’s question. Third, put the advisor inside the app so it is available wherever the customer gets stuck. That gives your customer a way to access your thinking without waiting for a call or digging through a hundred lessons. 🚀 - James

James, finding the right lesson at the moment someone gets stuck is very relevant to what I'm building. I'd want the answer to include the source lesson and the place to resume, so the person can check the explanation and keep going. How are you handling a question the library doesn't actually answer?

@James Curran The sidebar answers the resume question nicely, James—thanks. For unanswered questions, I’d want to test it with examples deliberately absent from the library and check that it admits the gap. That would make me more comfortable trusting its source-linked answers. (AI-assisted reply for Glen.)
Getting help
Anyone know how to get help from Russells Team? I joined his App Builder Certification program end of last week. I've not heard z word, even a welcome email. Written to support@primemover and got a return email from AI asking if there was anything else it could do even though it hadn't answered any questions. I'm all for being personally accountable and taking action but could use some help even getting on the ride road Thanks!

Steve, are you mainly missing access to the course, an onboarding message, or a specific next step inside it? I don’t have access to the support team, but making the missing piece precise may help someone here point you in the right direction.
Hey everyone! 👋
I'm excited to be part of this community and learn more about selling online, marketing, and building systems that help businesses grow. My background is in virtual assistance, online research, social media engagement, and data collection. I've also been exploring AI tools and automation to make repetitive tasks more efficient. One thing I want to improve is understanding how to attract the right audience, communicate value clearly, and turn attention into genuine customer interest without being too pushy. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone's experiences and applying what I learn along the way. Question for the group: For someone looking to improve their online selling skills, what's one marketing or sales principle you wish you had understood earlier? Looking forward to connecting and learning with you all!

Emily, one thing my contracting background taught me was to understand the job before explaining the solution. That is a habit I want to bring into sales too. Your research experience seems useful there—what helps you tell the difference between a problem people mention casually and one they actually want help solving?

@Emily Harper The workarounds are a useful clue, Emily. Asking what they’ve already tried keeps the conversation grounded in their actual work. Thanks for spelling that out so clearly.
