Feed-back thank you
Hi, this time was so dense and full of insights! And fruitful. Being ... just 10 days late, I finished my Monteverdi essay and was acknowledged for it. I must say, with exhaustion but no regrets. Now back to normal work, little concert tour this week-end full of ikigai with nice companions and no more lested with that heavy stone. Now I'll cultivate regularity, be that teacher again for one more year but better knowing where I'm heading to. I hope all of you will find your good outcomes, those you aimed for and the surprising ones, and I won’t doubt it. We are with an extraordinary person who even uses AI for good, feeding it with his own insights. And Jim, you did well stepping back for a moment after that 5th day, because all this must have been quite close to overwhelming for you as well. Take care of yourself, you know how, and I see you now with a worthy cohort evolving in ikigai mode. Have a wonderful journey together!

Thank you all! Yes, it was wonderful. And next sunday we'll do the last one of the series in Paris, then starting the new program of the year. Happy. 😊
Today’s free AI workshop is cancelled
Hey everyone, You may have seen a free AI workshop on today’s calendar. We scheduled this a little too ambitiously and need more time to prepare a great session for you. The last two weeks have also been quite taxing, and I need to take some time to rest and recharge so I can show up fully for our Cohort 4 kick-off next week. Thanks for understanding. For members of the paid cohort: your Harmony AI Prompt Workshop is still going ahead as planned!

I hope you find the rest you need and you merit very well! You know too well how it is to give it all - and how to manage the backlash. So, let it be softer than for the newcomer. You helped already soften it for many of us!
Day 1
Biggest takeaway: I'm far more a strategist with my own destiny than I thought, and already got some territory prepared. My 20 minutes task / loophole not to fix today: Copy and translate a key quotation of Monteverdi's opera Orfeo.

@Renee Kers thank you. And the essay is nearly half done by now.
Fear of needing disguised as a shopping cart
Turns out the reason I never run out of toilet paper, napkins, cat food, giftwrapping paper is not that I'm organised. Never running out means never having to ask anyone for anything. Fifty years of thinking I lacked discipline and it was the setup all along.

I like this Sascha, got the same pattern which I call being fiercely autonomous. So used from infancy to not getting what I want, I even had an adolescent period of cleptomany, only way as it seemed to have a choice! Got over it by being fined with some working hours, but only on the surface, I do hold on to stuff, chocolates and cheese running out of date (eating them anyway), happy enough to having left behind anorexia and bulemia as well. My takeaway today: the 37! And my next loophole: get the next bag of books on the public shelf in the park. Sort if generous declutter.

@Susan Cal I like your humour on science experiments. Never despise the funny side of bring weird. But we're not married to that anyway.
Day 2, naming my masks, watching underneath
Disappearing at home, overachieving at school, avoid being judged by getting into nature alone for resourcing which I still do. Perfectionism too, which stops my projects. It’s visibly here I interiorized the judgements I was avoiding. The loophole to writing, my tiny step: copying the text I want to translate.

@Melody Vi Thanks for your feedback. Some positive judgement helps and fills some old and open needs.

@Karen Wise I learned something useful: In order to achieve 80 pour cent of a goal, you might only put in 40 pour cent or so of energy. Most of our tasks really don’t need more than that, and life gets less obsessive and more colourful! Of course, I won’t forego some essential peaks just for normality 😉
