Do you have a fear of people?
Would it surprise you to hear many coaches do, and you may be one of them? Many, many coaches have a fear of bothering people, of contacting people, enrolling people and it can heavily impact the growth of your business. You will know if you have it, though probably haven't labeled it a fear and put it down to a not liking, "I don't like to bother people" I don't like to impose" I don't like to be pushy" you get the drift. This is where you put the reps in, there is no replacement for doing your own work, either with a 121 coach, a training or peer coaching, do any and all work as it comes up and never expect to not have any more work to do. As coaches we have the luxury of knowing how to reframe, so how can you start to reframe your fears, or don't likes, so they stop holding you back in your business? Much love Jules xx

For me it's not so much not liking doing whatever has to be done - I've done enough B2B cold sales calls in my life not to have any of those qualms - as not seeing anyone I want to expend the energy on taking these actions with. That's why I'm working on refining who I'm speaking to, and in the process ideally repelling those who can finally see I am not the person they want me to be.
What Version Of You Do You Hide?
There's a version of you that you reserve for your loved ones. There's a version of you that you reserve for your friends. There's a version of you, you've created for your business. A version you've created for social media. A version who your audience has never heard, yet would connect with, follow, take notice of and pay, once you stopped paying attention to the noise and tuned into you, you unfiltered. Not mean, rude, insensitive or arrogant. Unfiltered. I'm going to suggest the most potent parts of you are being watered down, in your messaging, your offers, your videos and your beliefs. What if your most attractive, magnetic, powerful version of yourself came out to play? The version that's there when you are with friends, no walls up, no fear of what will they think, you being 100% you. Thats the version that's waiting to be seen in your messaging, to your audience, in your content and offers. It's been dressed up for years, in lables like authenticity, know like and trust, authority but really, they have all been taught to water it down, have it fit the narrative and before you know it, there was little unfiltered and original left. This post is an invitation. To come home to all of you. To embrace all of you. To love all of you. To relax, have fun, be open, joyful, playful. To stop taking yourself so seriously. To stop watering yourself down and start dialing yourself up. Much love - lets go - Jules xx

I prefer to be consistent rather than authentic. There are authentic versions of me that few, if any, have, or ever will see. Some versions scare me, so no, they're not for the world at large. The consistent version(s) are what the world sees. Some are slick, most are seriously rough around the edges, but they're always, consistently, Me.
Calling yourself a coach v being a committed coach.
Calling yourself a coach is easy. Being a committed coach is not, it's a completely different ball game. You can call yourself a coach and hide behind waiting for the right time to step up. A committed coach will put themselves in the room, even when it’s uncomfortable. They’re willing to go first, to be seen, to be vulnerable, to practice what they teach. You can call yourself a coach and grab every free resource going, but do nothing with them. A committed coach doesn’t chase hacks or trends, they build their business on service, on integrity, on real conversations, testing, trialing and adapting as they go. You can call yourself a coach and never find the time to get serious in your business. A committed coach invests, in their growth, in their craft, in their clients. They make the time because they’re not half in. You can call yourself a coach and look to others to tell you what to do, give you permission to be yourself. A committed coach doesn'twait, for anything. They’ve chosen this work as their path. You can call yourself a coach and let yourself be almost paralysed with fear of showing up, stepping back every time doubt creeps in. A committed coach knows it's just part of the journey so they take a breath, ground themselves and keep showing up. Being a committed coach isn’t about being perfect. It’s about staying in the game long enough for your spark to become a fire. What does being a committed coach mean to you? Much love - for me its not about me - Jules xx

I guess if I'm certifiable, I should definitely be committed
The secret to building a thriving Coaching Practice
Do you want to know the secret to building a thriving Coaching Practice? Some will tell you it's having a strong brand - and that helps. Some will tell you it's doing the math - and there is truth in that. Some will tell you it's hussle, hussle, hussle - not for me, thank you. Some will tell you it's all down to your funnels - and we all have our own client journey. Some will tell you it's through serving/helping people - it's essential and not the secret. Some will tell you it's through investing in yourself - we are getting closer. I was asked the question yesterday, what's the difference between someone who doubts themselves and holds back and someone who doubts themselves and keeps going. I said, one will get a thriving business one won't. Because you are the secret to building a thriving business. And it's deeper than that. The self work you do/have done is the secret. You can not build or sustain a healthy, thriving business if you have not done and continue to do, your own inner work. I've refused to sign certificates from people I've trained who are not ready to work with others, or ready to see they had a lot of inner work still to do, before they worked with people through my name. I've seen people preach about why their audience should have boundaries while having zero themselves. I've seen people advertise and sell one thing and the lack of doing their inner work has them go and hide. Building a thriving Coaching Practice is not like anything you would have previously done. You will face your insecurities. You will face rejection. You won't get it all right. You will have to step up and be seen in ways you don't have to in other businesses. You have to be the leader. You will struggle at every step if you have not done your work. If you don't, it will always show, in some way, to those who have. So, the secret to building your thriving business - building your inner temple as you build your outer. That will get you further than most shiney gurus.

Every client I've worked with has been both an education and a validation. I am bloody good at what I do. I never take what I do for granted Every client I work with is my first The moment I do, I walk away. That being said, do I have all my shit together? Do I hell. Will I ever? Probably not Am I better than I was? Without a doubt
Power, Love and Impact in Creation.
Sit with this for a while and really feel it. Your power is in your creation of yourself and others. Your love is in your creation of yourself and others. Your impact is in your creation of yourself and others. This isn’t just a cool phrase to reflect on. It’s a way of living. Too often, we forget that every single moment is a moment of creation. How you walk into a room, the tone in your voice when you answer the phone and the story you tell yourself before a conversation. These aren’t small things, they are all invisible but important creations in the reality you live in. Creation isn’t just about building businesses, launching offers or signing clients. Creation is happening in every glance, every word, every silence. You are constantly shaping how you experience yourself and in turn, how others experience you. When you create yourself with intention, everything changes. Power doesn’t come from trying harder or doing more. It comes from choosing who you’re being. Love doesn’t deepen because you abandoned your boundaries to please others. It deepens when you create yourself as someone who loves without condition, starting with yourself. Impact doesn’t expand because you shout louder. It grows because you create yourself as someone who speaks from truth, not performance. The real question is not “What am I doing today?” It’s “Who am I creating myself to be as I do it?” So pause for a moment. What comes up for you. Who are you creating yourself to be right now? And how might your world change if you got intentional about that creation? Because this is where power, love, and impact begin. Much love - you get to choose moment to moment - Jules xx

I currently feel like I'm going through some form of metamorphosis. This is the chrysalis stage where everything is in meltdown. How it reforms remains to be seen....
