Would it surprise you to hear many coaches do, and you may be one of them? Many, many coaches have a fear of bothering people, of contacting people, enrolling people and it can heavily impact the growth of your business. You will know if you have it, though probably haven't labeled it a fear and put it down to a not liking, "I don't like to bother people" I don't like to impose" I don't like to be pushy" you get the drift. This is where you put the reps in, there is no replacement for doing your own work, either with a 121 coach, a training or peer coaching, do any and all work as it comes up and never expect to not have any more work to do. Hi all, I'm always looking at ways I can support coaches to grow their business. I've just created a YouTube channel called Connect With A Coach. My intention for it is to share masterclasses from coaches to help others. I will upload them to the channel with all of the coaches contact details as well as guiding them to a group. There are a few guidelines. 1, once you send me the video it will be my property, of course it's your video to do what you want with it, but I will keep it up as a public resource even if you stop practicing coaching. 2, you record a new masterclass, around 30 minutes long, via zoom and you send me the transcript also, this is so I can add SEO to the description to help us get found. 3, you agree to subscribe and share the channel with your audiences.
