Secret project
I’ve been working on a project that I’m going to announce hopefully by the end of the month. If you watch on YouTube I’ve been secretly hinting at it for a bit. I am in the very early stages of setting up a nonprofit be able to start collecting donations and signatures to start a autism and neurodivergent license plate for Wisconsin. Please let me know if anyone would be interested in helping out with this project.

@Cody James Corbett I agree there should be the rainbow infinity symbol instead of the puzzle symbol. Last thing we'd want is to get an autism plate made and have it perpetuate the idea that we're inherently broken more than we already have to deal with.

@Cody James Corbett In my opinion, it would be difficult to "reclaim" the puzzle piece, as we'd have to find a new meaning for puzzle pieces in general. Puzzle pieces are already a pretty universal symbol of something being "almost complete" and undoing decades of cultural association would be very difficult, if not impossible.
Who’s coming to Burlington?
Who’s coming to Burlington? I am packing up the ambulance and trying to make sure I grab the plates. People have on hold.

I am planning on going to Burlington unless I have another mental breakdown between now and the beginning of the meet.

@Cody James Corbett Well I've had my meds changed yet again, so I'm hoping that things will improve soon. I really do not want to have to miss out on a second meet again, especially considering the last time I missed one the plates I was planning on going through got cut up and I can't even buy the stickers from them anymore.
Prorate plate
Interesting plate I found recently, looks like a pre- bingo board prorate plate. Share what you know!!

Yes, it is a pre-bingoboard prorate plate. Previously they were called "Permit Reciprocity" but were renamed to prorate plates in 1970. The last prorate plate was issued in 1971 and the first bingoboard stickers were issued in 1971.

I spotted this in Mauston last year, seems like a bunch of their municipal vehicles carry disabled placard stickers for some reason
Wis. Reciprocity
This one’s for Gideon, but I do need some help figure out how long these were good for.

I do not know, I've never seen much information about reciprocity plates before 1960

1959 plate guide says they're red/white, prior to that I have no information. I was always under the impression that the yellow series was some short-lived series between the red/white series and the black/white series. Given that the number 14885 was issued in late 1954, I'd guess that the changeover to the red/white series was somewhere around 1956-1957.
