Vegas Check In 🔥
In Vegas. No alcohol. Good food. Not controlling portion sizes. And I’m completely at peace with it. This is what balance looks like. I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to live. But here’s what hasn’t changed: ✅ I don’t drink anymore. (That’s identity.) ✅ I move every day. ✅ I stay grateful. When I get back to Australia, I’ll be starting my own 28 Day Reset again. Not because I failed. Not because I went off the rails. Because reset is a lifestyle. Enjoy the season you’re in. Then attack the next one with intention. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.

Thanks very much for helping me achieve quite a few milestones: weight loss, commitment to achieving minimum of 10000 steps per day, smaller portions & more healthy options, cutting out bread, pasta, rice n noodles, less dairy milk & less sweets. Thanks for the words of encouragement, exercise & wellbeing tips & most importantly the spiritual insights. Next step is to lose more weight & step up exercise on rowshaper, bike riding & healthy snacks, continuing drinking lots of water n coconut water. Thanks for the accountability. I will sing your praises & encourage others who are on the challenge to go for gold n dreaming. Thanks for the wholesome n wholistic approach to improving one’s wellbeing. Godbless n go well!!! Anything is possible
Today I ran a half marathon (21.1km). And honestly… I never thought I’d be able to say that again. 25 years ago I wrecked both my knees — not from running — but from being a rugby league player. The damage built up over time, and it eventually got to the point where two years ago I had two total knee replacements. Toward the end of last year I started running again — just on a treadmill at first — and I had this quiet goal in my heart: I want to test myself in a half marathon. So over the last 6 weeks I’ve been building up the kms… and today I lined up and did it. ✅ 21.1km ✅ 1:55 (under 2 hours!) This isn’t a boast — it’s just to be an example of what’s possible. Sometimes your “impossible” is only impossible until you make a decision and back it with action. And I’ve seen the same thing with so many of you through our challenges — weight loss, discipline, consistency, confidence… things you never thought you could do. Let’s go. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. 💪🔥

Awesome Mick. Very inspiring.
Today
More of the same. No excuses. No dairy. No bread. No rice. No pasta. Whole foods only: protein + fruit + veg. ✅ 3L water ✅ 10,000+ steps ✅ Strength work (20–45 mins) ✅ Journal (don’t skip the mind & your purpose) Motivation comes and goes. Standards stay. Stack 28 days like this and you’ll build a new identity. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.

Hi Kit. Thanks for the updates. Am still navigating the 28 DAY RESET site. Was just wondering whether you might be located in Conception. Peter Holmes & I did a missions trip to IloIlo, Concepcion, Malangabang & a few other places in Philippines where our church supports your local pastors. Thanks for the encouragement. Cheers & Godbless to you & your family.
