@Dave Morrow That makes sense, going deeper with it… I wake up just before 6, no alarm, room still quiet. First thing is cold water and a bit of movement to wake up properly, nothing rushed. There’s that calm before the day starts where everything just feels clear. By 7 I’m into focused work, no distractions, just building. The kind where a couple of hours actually moves things forward properly. A lot of that now is tied into a side income stream I’ve been growing, so it’s not just effort anymore, it’s starting to feel like momentum which changes everything mentally. Midday I step away completely, proper food, some fresh air, reset. That break in the middle of the day is something I didn’t value before, but it makes the second half feel a lot lighter. Afternoon is more flexible, calls, ideas, conversations. Less pressure, more flow. Evening is the main one for me, slowing everything down, good food, being around people I actually want to be around, no rush. The biggest feeling across the whole day is just control and clarity not being pulled in every direction, just moving intentionally. Still building towards it fully, but it’s starting to feel more real now.
