Book on the importance of Vitamin D3 for health
I have just finished reading this book that discusses vitain D3 and what it can and does do in the body. I have started following the advice in this book and even have started giving my almost 13 year old golden retriever and 10 year old St. Bernard on the same protocol. I have attatched a copy of the book here, it's in PDF format.

@Carolyn Atto I hear you, anytime you go against the conventional route, there’s always going to be pushback. But at the end of the day, you’re the one putting in the time, paying attention, and taking responsibility for their health

@Carolyn Atto How're you doing?
Did you see the news about psychedelic therapy for veterans?
President Trump just signed an executive order to give FDA approval to ibogaine. This is freaking massive! If you have no idea what ibogaine is, I did a quick training on it during our MMoH. I've also created a quick word doc you can reference with an episode I did with the world's leading provider of ibogaine therapy, Trevor Millar (good Canadian boy) DOWNLOAD HERE Watch Trevor Deliver his full training on ibogaine by watching the replay from the Biology of Service Event. A lot of guys have been looking for something that actually works beyond the usual routes, so seeing this move forward is huge. Appreciate you sharing the resources too, more people need to understand what’s out there.
Your Perfect Day
I've done this exercise numerous times...Describe your perfect day and see how it helps define how you do everything from business to family and health. This is how my day shakes out. I get up around 6ish. I shake off the cobwebs, looking out over the Mediterranean sea while I sip some cold lemon water. I stretch and move and breathe, then go have a strong espresso. I hit the cold tank then I write. I see the kids off after a few hugs and some dad words of wisdom and then I hit the gym, sauna, another espresso and come home to some huevos rancheros. Hit the sheets with @Stephanie Bertossi, then take a nap. On the phones and making deals by noon. Have a podcast chat in the afternoon, then grab some tapas and take a siesta. Back to work before supper, building my empire, and then dining with friends and family outside for a feast and some wine. Finish the day off with a bit of weed and some guitar playing and watching the Habs beat the pants off the Maple Leafs (again). Crawl into bed with a good book and off to sleep. You might say, "This is crazy detailed." And you would be correct. But that's the point. I can smell the air, feel the heat and taste the food. What you feel manifests itself because our brains can't tell the difference between imagining the experience and if it already happened. The more you do it, the closer your thoughts align with your reality. This has everything to do with your health because if you sit and truly feel yourself in your perfect day, your body and mind will start to align with it. If you believe and can feel how you'll move through life 30lbs lighter and happy with yourself, you'll have way more success getting there. Anyone that's been on a call with me should recognize the question I always ask, "how would you feel in 90 days if you looked in the mirror and were 30lbs lighter?" A lot say, "I dunno?" because they haven't truly pictured themselves in a new state of being. This is the point of this exercise. Imagine yourself and your perfect day and share 2 things from it in the comments.
Your Perfect Day

@Dave Morrow Appreciate that, I like this exercise a lot 👊 For me, a perfect day would be a mix of structure and freedom. Starting early, clear head, getting some movement in and a bit of quiet time before the day properly begins. Then being able to work on things that actually move me forward, not just staying busy. One big thing for me is having control over my time, being able to step away during the day, reset, and not feel locked into a schedule. And then ending the day properly switched off, good food, good people around me, and feeling like the day actually meant something. Still refining it, but this definitely helps make it more real 👍

@Dave Morrow That makes sense, going deeper with it… I wake up just before 6, no alarm, room still quiet. First thing is cold water and a bit of movement to wake up properly, nothing rushed. There’s that calm before the day starts where everything just feels clear. By 7 I’m into focused work, no distractions, just building. The kind where a couple of hours actually moves things forward properly. A lot of that now is tied into a side income stream I’ve been growing, so it’s not just effort anymore, it’s starting to feel like momentum which changes everything mentally. Midday I step away completely, proper food, some fresh air, reset. That break in the middle of the day is something I didn’t value before, but it makes the second half feel a lot lighter. Afternoon is more flexible, calls, ideas, conversations. Less pressure, more flow. Evening is the main one for me, slowing everything down, good food, being around people I actually want to be around, no rush. The biggest feeling across the whole day is just control and clarity not being pulled in every direction, just moving intentionally. Still building towards it fully, but it’s starting to feel more real now.
Hey everyone 👋
Really glad to be part of this community. I’ve been going through some of the posts and discussions here, and it’s refreshing to see people actually sharing ideas, experiences, and supporting each other properly. That kind of environment is rare. For me, being around people who are focused on growth, building something for themselves, and thinking differently is a big reason why I joined. I’m looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can too. At the moment, I’ve been working on building an additional income stream alongside what I’m already doing, mainly to create more flexibility and long-term stability. It’s been a learning process, but definitely opened my perspective a lot. I’m not here to push anything on anyone, just to connect and exchange ideas with people on a similar path. Would be good to hear, what’s everyone here currently focused on or trying to build?

@Dave Morrow Love that 😄 sounds like you’re building something solid there What does ‘harder to kill’ look like in practice? What got you into working with veterans in the first place?
