Book on the importance of Vitamin D3 for health
I have just finished reading this book that discusses vitain D3 and what it can and does do in the body. I have started following the advice in this book and even have started giving my almost 13 year old golden retriever and 10 year old St. Bernard on the same protocol. I have attatched a copy of the book here, it's in PDF format.

@Gero Strobel Thank you, I appreciate your comments more than you know, I get backlash so often because I won't use conventional vetrenarian methods.

@Gero Strobel I'm doing well, just hoping summer will return.
So Let it Be Said, So Let it Be Done (PROVE IT 30)
I asked if you'd like a clean, 30 day program with no frills just accountability and a clear roadmap. You said YES in substantial numbers. So I started building and you can see the beginning of a pretty badass program here https://www.skool.com/dave-morrow-personal-training/classroom/4594fe5f?md=35f750ee25874fb8846bd2b657204732 We're getting started on Monday with @Stephanie McEvoy @Pothier Jean @David Oakley so far. On the fence? Here's what I've noticed from coaching veterans for 6 years... ☠️We're deathly afraid of not measuring up to our expectations of ourselves. This leads to hesitation and excuses for not doing it to protect our ego. 💁‍♀️We abdicate the responsibility of our health to someone else (our wives). It sounds like this, "I'd love to start this program but I need to talk to my wife first." We're unfairly putting our health into our wife's lap. That's not cool. ⏲️ We think there's not enough time to commit to a fitness program so we'll commit when we're less busy. That's a lie. Do you think somehow you'll be less busy in the future? Why not learn how to implement health and fitness now, so that you're equipped if times get even busier? How many successful heads of state and entrepreneurs you know have a fitness habit? You think you're busier than them? 💵 I can't afford it. This is because you don't feel being fit and healthy is valuable enough to pay for. You have two currencies - TIME & MONEY. If you radically improve your health in 6 months as apposed to 10 years or NEVER, which is more valuable? ⚠️ And if you're a CAF veteran with 2,191 days of service, VAC pays anyways 😮 Sometimes the biggest risk is not taking action. If you're on the fence that's a sign your subconscious is telling you to take action. If you're ready, light up the comments below.

The Food Pyramid Has Flipped!!🤯
Announced last week…The famous “food pyramid” developed in the 70s has been flipped on its head. Now the question is. Are you going to change your diet to reflect way more protein and fat intake and less starchy, grain based carbohydrates?

I don't like bread type products, so it's probably been 30 years since I've had more than a few pieces of bread every week and most weeks I have none. I'm not a fan of potatoes and rice either. Most of my diet consists of meat and vegetables, not necessarily in that order. 🤣
Are You A “Lector Americanus?”
Came across this during my Sunday Substack scroll. According to The Atlantic, less than half of Americans read a book in the last month. Canadian stats are similar. That’s not good. Reading is my favourite thing to do when I’m pooping 💩 I read at least 3 poop books a year plus the “non poop” books I read. Grand total of about 6 to 7. Currently I’m reading the newest Dan Brown, The Secret of Secrets, Longevity by Dr. Attia and Supercommunicators by Duhigg. What’s on your poop 💩 book reading list?

I'm reading probably 4 books right now, The amazing liver and gallbladder flush. plus red light therapy and the art of war. I also belong to a book club and we read 12 books a year. I probably read 20 or more books a year but none in the bathroom. 😁 Looking forward o the latest dan brown one. I'm retired.

Your Blood Work Tells A Lot
This week on the VALOR Program, we discussed the importance of getting blood work done. This is the gateway to understanding where your health is at. So many of us have chronic issues due to service and we often keep the old habits that don’t serve us anymore. Unfortunately, this doesn’t help address underlying issues that blood work can identify. Toxic exposures mTBIs Parasites Are very specific to the veteran community. I’ve created a robust guide to bring to your next doctors appointment. Would you like to see it?

I would love to see it, my body is fucked and I was adopted, so I have zero family history as to whether the fuckery is hereditary or service/life related. My doctor seems amiable to doing testing.
