Over-preppers here?
Anyone else over-prep here? I'm autistic and CAN'T HELP MYSELF! I designed something like 100 NPCs just to flesh out Constantinople by Night because that city didn't have enough NPCs in the sourcebook. I KNOW I won't use even half of them, but THEY'RE THERE so I know how the city ticks now!

Have you read any resources by Sly Flourish/the Lazy DM? There's some really good lines about how to focus on prep that you can actually use. If you are enjoying the prep you're not necessarily doing anything wrong, but you might as well channel all that energy to what will actually improve your table.

@Mikael Hellstrom As long as you're enjoying the prep, it's time well spent! It's only a problem if you feel like you /have/ to do it and you are forcing yourself.
