Please remember to make your friend join the group and not share the zoom link unless you know they’re in WO. http://warriorsorder.com And here’s the link to today’s call. Lunch would probably be a better time for me as kids are still in school but I can make either work.
Great Call today
Thank you for bringing value to our Friday afternoon. If you guys missed the call it's worth watching the recording. I leave tomorrow morning to compete in my first Spartan race in Houston on Sunday. Looking forward to getting it done and focusing on Fight Camp training! Have a great weekend gentlemen

@Ed Scherzer The race was challenging but a good experience. The cold was probably the worst part of it…we picked a “feels like 36 degrees” morning to run it…so doing the last mile and a half soaking wet was definitely no fun. But overall a good time
What’s a win and or a struggle you’ve had this first week?
What can we do to help you better guys? Let us know in the comments. I’m half way through the week feeling good. I was a little beat up this morning but went in anyway and worked at the pace I felt necessary. Check out the leader board. Shout out to Robert James to inviting his inner circle. ⭕️

I started the week in Las Vegas at a group management conference. Talk about the worst place to be to start a challenge based on discipline, eating right, and getting to sleep at the same time each night. Despite this, I was up each morning and at the gym by 5:00 am (win). The struggle was sticking to the diet and avoiding alcohol. And I found that despite doing a few cold plunges in the past, cold showers may actually be worse. I’ve got a lot of work to do.
What got you here will not get you there.
Want to level up? What you have been doing to get you where you are will not get you to the next level. What do you need to change to get there? Think about it. Write it down. Then do it. Have a great week men. 💪🏻👊🏻
