Member interviews
Hey John, I was just looking for that great interview you did with Tony Gee (the guy who'd niched down to plumbing). Is that here somewhere, or one that's yet to make the move over? Cheers Ged

Thanks John, yes I'd made a note of his site as a standout example of niching down. Thanks for uploading the interview again, listening again now :)
New lesson - Go where the money is
When it comes to choosing a niche, THE most important factors is going where the money is. Mainly for the fact that you'll want to maximize both earning potential and profits, but moreso - to cover ad costs. I uploaded a new lesson today where I explain this in detail - along with a few examples. You can check it out HERE

Thanks John, my margins are way higher, probably 80 or 90%. I expect it will be a few hours for set up (can streamline it), then say 5 - 10 hours per month, maybe less. Will depend how lead flow is going. As for outcomes, my system generates a consistent flow of leads for clients. I calculated their LTV:CAC is around 4:1.

@John Romaine perhaps not that high, but it's high
Meta Ads Course
Hey John, Great to see this new community! And awesome you're focusing in on client acquisition via paid. Its been a while since I've been here, how's the meta ads course shaping up? Assuming its a WIP, which are the latest videos on running meta ads you'd recommend? I've just watched this one on validation (https://www.skool.com/tonvaro-7867/classroom/f4aa40bd?md=42919edb5c1e4ef9b14fcecc47339f05) - any others I should see? Also, the video series on Shap (think I got the name right!)...did that get moved over? Cheers Ged

Potential Pay-per-lead client
Hello all, I've recently had a Landscape Lighting client pause their organic SEO campaign, but is more than willing to pay for leads if I'm able to produce them. This is my first time attempting this model, but I assume this is the best place to ask for advice. This client is willing to pay $150 per lead. Is this realistic? Can it be profitable? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

For landscaping if you ran Google ads (which I'd recommend) you could expect a CPL of around £40 as we ran a similar campaign in the UK last year. That said, this was a very good Google Ads build (with high CTR) and a high converting landing page, so you'd need to know what you're doing on that front or CPL would be higher. But hope that helps with your estimations.
