From day one, the guidance, encouragement, and resources shared in this program have been invaluable to my journey. I still remember when I first joined the program. I came in with a little experience already under my belt, thinking I had a decent idea of where I stood. But Mr. Mbah saw something in me that pushed me further. His encouragement from that very first interaction didn't just validate where I was, it made me hungry to do more, learn more, and reach higher than I had originally planned for myself.
