I'm Torquay and pay £162 per month for a 20ft (inc VAT which we claim back). We also have 24 hour access. There is a few different yards with large gates at the front and for a £25 deposit they give us a key to the big gate so we can come and go when we please with no restrictions. Its a 15 minute walk from my house or a 2 minute drive.

Thanks @Simon Smith @Luke Warder for creating and providing the BTL community. I watched the podcasts with James and Luke, and then Simon and Luke, and I’ve followed your journey behind the scenes for a few years now. I’m not really into video creation or video calls, but what this community has given me is the opportunity to interact with other resellers at different levels, share experiences and become more involved as time allows. As I said on the call last night, I think there’s a lot of value in having a smaller group where people can genuinely get to know and help each other. For me, that’s much better than being part of a group of thousands where many people eventually disappear, or are there mainly to ask questions without contributing anything themselves. I’m now in a position where I can answer questions and hopefully help others, while also knowing that if I need to ask something myself, there will probably be someone in the community who has the experience and knowledge to provide that guidance. I’ve been an eBay seller for around five years. About 12 months ago, I started developing the reseller side as an add-on to my existing setup, and that side of things is continuing to grow. One thing that stood out to me on last night’s call was that I already knew who most of the participants were. That’s come from watching their videos and getting to know people through the BTL community. That sense of actually knowing the people you’re interacting with is exactly what I was looking for when I joined this community. For any of the free members who are thinking about becoming a paid member, you’ll definitely be in safe hands with a great, knowledgeable and supportive bunch of people. Also, for you Simon and Luke, something that came up in the chat last night was your own wellbeing and the importance of not putting yourselves under too much pressure that it starts affecting your health. I’m guilty of this as well; it’s very easy to keep taking more and more on, only to suddenly realise just how much work and pressure you’ve created for yourself.
