Depop!
Depop in the Uk.. What am I doing wrong?? 😄 I can list 100 items to Vinted and EBay and I know I’ll sell 20-30 items with 30 days. Same items on Depop = 2 sales in 4 months.

@Jordan Stead probably not. I wanted to try because with spadeberry the crosslisting is so easy. Literally one click. So it wasn't going to be much effect to test it out. I am disappointed by their lack of communication

Warehouse lease signed!
Finally got the warehouse lease signed, now we wait for a moving date. Hopefully soon, as we are bursting at the seams in the office space.

Returns - Yes or No?
What’s your take on returns .. and I’m talking specifically “item doesn’t fit”? I get it if I make a mistake or the items faulty or I’ve not described something I’ll accept. But what if I disclose all measurements and they say it’s too small? What do you do?

You can add all the measurements and something can still not fit or feel right. As a business we have to accept returns for any reason due to distance selling legislation. Returns suck, but they are part of the business. I don't do free returns for doesn't fit
