I’ve always loved ideas and the thrill of discovering something new. Growing up in the 60s and 70s with Popular Mechanics and Scientific American around me, I fell in love with possibility. From the Sinclair Spectrum and my first SLR camera to today’s mini PCs and AI image creation, I’ve always been an early adopter. I first heard about AI back in 1999, and I’ve been experimenting ever since—learning to prompt, create, and explore. Now retired, I’m dreaming of a small cottage business—Micro Manuals, Worksheets, Image Creation, and more. But like Willie Wonka’s factory, there’s always more than we can consume at once. That’s why I’m here: to learn how others turn their passions into focus, and to shape my own creative journey.
