What does Breathwork mean to you?🤔
I have a question here. If you hear the word breathwork, what do you think breathwork really is about? The reason I'm asking this is because I'm working a little bit on my messaging as I try to organically get more people in this community to grow and develop this community, but this morning I was talking with one of our members. She told me that a lot of people have a very different view on breathwork and different expectations, that maybe a lot of people don't really know what breathwork is about what its purpose is. So I'm curious here: What is your view on breathwork? What does it mean to you? When you learn breathwork, what do you expect to gain from it? Have a great day. Breathe well. Namaste. 🙏

@Yordi Nolet Thank you for sharing your experiences. Congratulations for not giving up and for fighting for yourself. I too had a dysfunctional childhood, breathing techniques led me to meditation and to my inner space where I felt safe and eventually peaceful and calmer. I then realized when I did my first past regression with a shamanic healer and journeywoman, that breathwork, for me, was the key to accessing deeper levels of myself, leading to deeper energy levels within myself.
What is the thing you are struggling with most doing Breathwork??😫
Often for me, it is still the challenge to stay in the here and now, to stay focused on the breathing and sink into this deeper level of consciousness, because I keep getting ideas, I keep planning my days, and I always have these thoughts like, "I have to remember to do this or to write down that so I don't forget it."🤣... So I have a very busy mind, and it's all positive thoughts these days. 🍀 however, that makes that often, not always, I'm still having a hard time really being in the here and now and really focusing on the present moment. What's Your's?

@Yordi Nolet yes, I call it the “monkey mind”. 😄 it kept chattering away, and 1 day it stopped, and then I understood what I needed to do

What made you decide investing your time into breathwork?🫁
For me, it was pretty simple, as a few people might already know. I wanted to set up a retreat center, and for that retreat center I wanted to add some value, so I always had breath work in my mind as I was already meditating for years, not knowing that this relatively small decision was really going to change my life🙏 So I'm curious: what motivated you to start doing breathwork? 🙂

@Yordi Nolet for me it was a natural progression as I started past life regression, and breathwork is part of the process

How is the start of everybody's week??🔥
Happy Monday! How are we all doing this first day of the week? Do we have any goals for the coming week? Somebody practiced some breathwork? And just in case you are curious about my week, I have an awesome start of the Monday🤩. When I wake up, I always first do 20 minutes of yoga, then I do 30 minutes of breathwork. I lengthened my breath work sessions in the morning from 20 minutes to 30 minutes because I want to train my mind to be more peaceful, more calm, and be able to sit still for longer, and it's really paying off already. My goals for the week are to record as much content as I can, not only for the breathwork essentials course, but also for my YouTube channel. In a month I start my new job, and I want to have video scheduled for a few weeks ahead so that the first two weeks of my new job, I can really focus on the job and not have to worry about creating content because it's already uploaded.👍 Last thing, my daughter is coming over this week from the Netherlands because she is having a school holiday, and so she's coming to the Czech Republic. It's always good to have her around and do nice things together, so yes, I'm really looking forward to this week. Grateful. 🙏

Happy Monday, Im having a good day. I did my morning routine of exercises and reflection. My goal is to create more content for my Skool also, record some videos. Enjoy the time with your daughter, time is so precious
