Why Some People Feel Shaky or Sick During Fasting or Juicing
I want to expand on something that came up in the group because it’s very important for people to understand what can happen when the body finally gets a chance to rest. Many people experience symptoms like shakiness, dizziness, irritability, nausea, or feeling extremely tired when they stop eating for a period of time or when they move into juicing or fasting. Most people have been told this means their body “can’t handle fasting” or that their metabolism is “too fast.” But what I’ve tuned into and experienced myself is that something deeper is happening. When we eat constantly, the digestive system is always working. The body is using most of its energy to process food. When you suddenly give the digestive system a break through fasting or juicing, the body redirects that energy into repair, detoxification, and emotional clearing. The moment the digestive system relaxes, the body finally has the bandwidth to start releasing stored trauma, stress patterns, and energetic programs that have been held in the body for years. And when that release begins, it can feel intense. The nervous system can interpret that sudden shift as shock because the body is not used to processing that much internal release at once. That’s when people may feel: • shaky • dizzy • emotionally overwhelmed • tired or weak • nauseous • irritable It can feel scary if you don’t understand what is happening, but often the body is simply moving through a release process. I experienced this myself when I first began fasting. I thought something was wrong with me, but what I eventually realized and tuned into was that my body was finally getting the opportunity to process years of stored stress and trauma that had been suppressed while my system was constantly focused on digestion. (Leo helped me massively walk through my fast I literally couldn’t do it myself because I kept wanting to nuke myself as it was easier to reset than deal with it all coming up on a sc level, physically it just felt like heart palpitations dizziness and fainting etc)

✨ MARCH DETOX FLOW ✨
Alright everyone, here’s the breakdown of what we’re doing this month so you can start preparing. As I explained in the video, last month many of you focused on supporting the liver and bile flow, which helps release toxins stored in the body. But the organs that actually remove those toxins are the kidneys and the lymphatic system. So this month we’re focusing on helping the body move those toxins out properly. Here’s the schedule for March: 🔹 March 20–22 3 Day Water Fast 🔹 March 23–25 3 Day Juice Cleanse Zoom Check-ins during the fasting phase: • March 21 – 1am (30 mins long) • March 24 – 1am (30 mins long) After that reset phase we begin the deeper detox. 🔹 March 27 – April 5 The River Of Self Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse Zoom calls during this phase: • March 29 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 1 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 4 – 1am (30 mins long) The Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse course will be released in about a week and a half, so use this time to start preparing your body for the detox phases coming up. We will also have a private WhatsApp support group for this cleanse so we can stay connected and support each other during the process. ⚠️ The WhatsApp group will be available only for Gold and VIP members. If you’d like to participate in the WhatsApp support group and you’re not currently in those tiers, now is your chance to upgrade. Leo will also be creating two energetic support MP3s for this month: • One for the fasting/cleansing phase • One for the kidney & lymph detox phase These are optional, but highly recommended if you want to support the energetics of the organs and nervous system during detox. Each MP3 will be $37. This entire detox protocol for the month, including the fasting guidance, the kidney & lymphatic cleanse, the Zoom support calls, and the WhatsApp group, will be available only for our Gold and VIP members. None of this will be available for the free tier. Why Binders Aren’t Needed During a Water or Juice Fast
@Neetika Kathuria asked a great question so I want to answer this for everyone because it’s important to understand. When we do a water fast or juice fast we are not trying to bind toxins yet. The purpose of fasting is to allow the body to pause digestion so it can redirect energy into cleansing and repair. During fasting the body naturally begins mobilizing toxins through the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, skin, breath, and bowels. The high water content, minerals, and enzymes in fresh juices help hydrate the cells, thin the lymph, and support the organs of detox so waste can start moving out of the body. Binders come in when we are pulling larger amounts of toxins, parasites, bile, or heavy metals through the gut. Their job is to grab onto what the body is releasing so it can be safely carried out of the body. So think of fasting as opening the drainage pathways and getting things moving, while binders are the cleanup crew once deeper detox starts happening. Great question Neetika 🙌🏼💛
