📊 Reports & Dashboards Mega Portfolio Oriented Project. Real-World Scenario: Tesco Bank (Team Alpha Only)
Tesco Bank is a major UK-based financial services company providing loans, mortgages, insurance, and credit cards. Recently, the Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing Directors have complained about the lack of visibility into key performance metrics. Teams are operating blindly, unable to measure pipeline performance, support backlog, and campaign effectiveness. You have been hired as a Salesforce Administrator to solve this pain point by building Reports & Dashboards that highlight key KPIs for each department and empower managers to make data-driven decisions. Your deliverable will be a set of Summary, Matrix, and Joined Reports, with KPIs for Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing — all visualised on dashboards. @Efetobore Igoni @Godwin Odu @Ismail Bukhari @Charity Oboh @Niyi Olayide @Chike Nsiegbunam @Friday Danjuma @Prince Ademuwagun @Emmerencia Schnauder

My first Salesforce demo: I presented, I learnt, and I'm already thinking about what's next
Yesterday I presented my first proper Salesforce demo to my coaches and colleagues, and honestly? It was one of the most valuable experiences I've had on this journey so far. I built a Product Return Management System for Adidas sneakers at Sport Direct using Salesforce Service Cloud: queues, Case Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, and the full setup. I even put together a 4-slide presentation to walk the audience through the 360° return journey before going live in the org. But here's what made yesterday truly special: it wasn't just the demo. It was what I learned after it. 3 things I took away from yesterday : 1. Demo the finished product first. My biggest coaching point was this: stakeholders don't want to watch you build. They want to see the outcome. Show them a completed, working system first. Let the questions drive you back into the configuration. That shift in mindset alone will change how I approach every future demo. 2. Automate everything you can. My colleague @Friday Danjuma raised a brilliant point about taking case management even further, Email to Case and Web to Case. Instead of manually logging returns, let Salesforce do the work automatically. It's a game-changer and something I'll be building into future projects. 3. Your community is part of your growth. The encouragement, the feedback, the alternative ideas, they all came from the people in that room. Coaches and colleagues alike. You don't grow alone on this journey. To my coaches, @Godwin Mbah and @Divine Lantum, thank you for the honest feedback. That's exactly what I needed. To my colleagues, thank you for the suggestions and the energy. You made today better. The slide deck is attached. I hope it helps someone who's preparing their own demo. Onward. 🚀
