We talked about pricing, timing, and requirements and said "You have the best pricing I've come across and you answered all my questions. I'm definitely going with you." Should be seeing a request coming through my white label site in the next day or so.

I connected with an investor who told me at first he has a lender. I replied that I focus on transactional funding and if he knows anyone looking for that that I'd love to help. He replied "Send me info please" with his email address. I know I could just copy the RQF funding box I see here in Skool. Do you guys do that or have you composed your own PDF? I don't want to overthink it, just trying to see what others have done.
