Return to agency - niching down?
What's up guys? I put my agency on pause around 6 months ago to go on a side quest, but I'll be pressing play in a month. Previously I worked with a variety of clients in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction, Warehousing and Exploration Drilling. I'm planning a solid niching down when I return. The obvious winner would be an under served high-ticket B2C market with high margins that I am intimately familiar with and has easily templatised service delivery. However, taking into account the resources and experience I have available, I'm looking at a niche of 4x4 Mechanical Service Centers Doing >$50k/mo. Anyone have experience in this or an adjacent niche who would be open to chatting?
