Advise Request From Members
Is anyone offering the Climbo as a managed service? I have an agency and are offering Climbo as part of Reputation Management Services for our current clients. The client does not know about Climbo or 5 Star Reviews... nor care as long as we are managing reviews and GBP. So my question for those who offer managed marketing services, how much are you charging to manage Climbo for the client? Our plan is to offer SAAS pricing first in our white label website and as an upgrade offer a managed service where we do it all for the client, but wanted to know what to charge? Thanks in advanced!
Feature Request for Prospects.
Would it be possible to include the ability to have a "notes field" in each of the prospects? I would love to log notes in what we have done to contact the client. Also, as requested before, would it be possible to have email info like, email opens, non-opens, number of times emails were sent, basically email analytics?

Hi Climbers 👋 We’ve just rolled out a new set of features focused on improving usability, flexibility, and giving you more control over both your clients and your sales process. You can now use the new clients filter in the clients section to quickly find accounts by name, email, status, or plan. This makes managing a growing number of clients much faster and more organized. We’ve also introduced demo by category, allowing you to launch different demo accounts based on specific industries. This is a big upgrade for your sales process, as you can now show prospects a demo that feels tailored to their business (restaurant, dentist, salon, etc.), making your pitch much more relevant and impactful. Another important update is related to messaging costs. With SMS and WhatsApp pricing per country, you now pay exactly what we are charged by Bird and Meta, with full transparency depending on the destination country. We’ve also improved the AI experience. You can now use your SEO Agent and Social Agent settings for manual AI actions, meaning that even when generating replies or captions manually, the AI will follow the tone, style, and instructions you’ve already configured. Finally, we’ve added Google booking links integration. You can now connect a booking link directly to your client’s Google Business Profile as the main CTA (visible in search results), and the same CTA will automatically appear on the pre-built website. New Prospecting Tool Tutorial + We Want Your Feedback
Hello Climbers, We’ve just recorded a new video tutorial for the Prospecting Tool, where we walk through the latest strategies for generating reports that can effectively convert prospects into free trials. These new features were briefly introduced during last week’s AMA event, but this video provides a more detailed explanation of how everything works. Hello! I was prospecting with Climbo all morning and encountered some challenges. As a result, I have some requests: - Regarding reviews: This is a big one for me. There were a lot of companies that did not have reviews for whatever reason. These are great targets to educate on how important reviews are to any business, yet we cannot email them from this platform. - We cannot tell if the person we emailed opened the email, nor can we resend the email in case they have not opened it. - Can we schedule when an email will be sent out to a prospect? - When looking up each category, I get to the bottom of the page and click "next page." It goes to the next page, but I have to scroll to the top. Would it be possible to automatically scroll us to the top of the next page of prospects? This way, we can also see if it is working. - Can we filter prospects by star rating and by the number of reviews? I spent too much time going through unqualified leads that already had good reviews and generous amounts. - I would like to email the lead with or without a report. Is that possible? There are some businesses that are no longer in business, and this helps weed those businesses out. - Right now, it does not allow me to run multiple reports. This would allow us to save time. Can there be a color change for leads that are ready to send, and when sent, the lead changes color to allow us to see at a glance that the report is ready and we can send communication? Also, can it show which have been sent and what to do next based on AI recommendations? - Someone already stated this, but when you try to print the report, it is not printer-friendly. It all prints on one page, and it's hard to read. - For me, having a CRM-like database to track leads and clients would be more valuable than creating websites. With all the web builders like Divi and Elementor, and AI-made sites, the websites we are able to create here are not up to par. Sorry, just constructive criticism. Let me know what you think.
Feature Request
For users who do not have a Google profile or any social media accounts, we previously offered a form option in version 1.0. Could you please bring that form back? Additionally, is it possible for reviews submitted through this form to be included and displayed within the widget? Also, regarding the widget itself, can the review carousel be set to automatically cycle through all reviews? Let me know if you want it more formal or casual.
