My Personal Update: Retatrutide Micro-Dosing + Tirzepatide Stack (Week 2)
I wanted to share a real-time update with you guys since I know a lot of you are curious about stacking + micro-dosing strategies: Current Protocol (for transparency)- - Retatrutide: 0.5 mg→ Wednesday + Friday - Tirzepatide: 7 mg→ Monday What I’m Noticing So Far- Appetite / Food Behavior: - Zero cravings… like NONE - I literally don’t want anything - I can’t finish a plate of food - Actually having to force myself to eat This is way stronger appetite suppression than what I’ve ever experienced before. Body Changes (Already ): - Rings are feeling looser - Pants are feeling looser This early tells me there’s likely: - Rapid inflammation drop - Possible water weight shift - Early fat loss starting Side Effect Check: - Leg fatigue was pretty intense three nights ago and carried into the next day. Better yesterday and today, but still noticeable. My Take So Far: This combo is VERY potent—even at micro-dose levels. What stands out most: - Appetite suppression is on another level - You will need to be intentional about eating enough - Your body is clearly shifting metabolically very quickly When you hit the point of: - No hunger - No cravings - Struggling to eat That’s not always a flex—it can become a problem if you’re under-fueling Things I’m personally paying attention to: - Getting enough protein - Staying hydrated - Electrolytes (especially with that leg fatigue) What I’m Watching Moving Forward: - Energy levels - Muscle retention - Continued side effects (especially fatigue) - How sustainable this feels I Want to Hear From You: - Anyone else experimenting with micro-dosing strategies? - Have you noticed stronger suppression with stacking vs solo? - Anyone experience leg fatigue like this? Drop your experience below let’s compare notes! Disclaimer: This is my personal experience only — not medical advice.Everyone responds differently, especially with compounds like these.

I am stacking both as well but in a different way. I pin 5mg reta and 3mg tirz together. I started with split doses (2.5reta & 1.5tirz) twice a week for two weeks then did full dose once a week. No side effects whatsoever. I lost fat and kept all of my muscle and built some more. I eat 130g of protein daily, heavy weightlifting 3x a week and shoot for 10k steps daily. I am very happy with the result, i look tone and my once big belly has flattened out. In all transparency, i started by optimizing my hormones first, so maybe that’s why my body is responding very well. My appetite is good, am not struggling to eat but i do not have cravings. I eat two good meals and a snack if i want. I front load my protein meaning i eat heavy protein breakfast, this ensures that i hit my protein goal everyday. I am currently optimizing my mitochondria with peptides before i use ipa/cjc or tesa.
Guts
Just throwing my story out there. I have literally been barely surviving most days for over 30 years. IBS and diverticulitis ruled my life, everyday, every hour. Excruciating abdominal pain. Became a hermit when I wasn't at work. I never went anywhere with friends. I was terrified to eat away from home. I was just getting thru the day and trying to survive the bad days. I actually started KLOW to help with my skin and hair and hoping to lessen age effects on my joints. Little did I know that something so amazing was happening inside my gut. It actually unleashed a new person. When I took a deep dive into KLOW and each individual peps and dug deeper into those and what they do......well, my life became my own. If you have any type of intestinal problems, I urge you to just get the info. READ ALL YOU CAN ON PEPTIDES. In the last 6 months, I've read more on peptides than I have novels. That's saying something for me. SO GRATEFUL, that I tried KLOW six months ago. It has changed my life, from the inside out. #bpc157 #kpv #healed

Wow! Anazing! It’s great to hear testimonies like this, it’s reassuring that our peptide journey isn’t in vain. Can you share your protocol pleaseeee
SS-31 & Mots-c
What are peoples experiences with SS-31 and Mots-c? I have a 10mg bottle of each and want to do SS-31 first and then Mots-c.

I used it for optimizing my mitochondria. I ran FOX04 -DRI for two weeks to clean out senescent cells, then SS-31 for 6 weeks to fix and stabilize mitochodria membrane then MOTSc to super charge. This protocol is like how you prep before you paint. FOX04 removes dead cells, SS-31 fixes any damage on the membrane and MOTSc supercharges. If you are 30 and above in age, it is better to run it like this so MOTSc can work effectively
Hyperpigmentation and Melasma
What they are, why do they happen, and how GHK-Cu or a GLOW peptide blend can help. What Is Hyperpigmentation? Hyperpigmentation = areas of skin that become darker than your natural tone due to excess melanin production. Common types: - Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) – after acne, irritation, picking - Solar lentigines (sun spots) – from UV exposure - Melasma – hormonally influenced pigment patches What Is Melasma? Melasma is a chronic pigment condition that appears as: - Symmetrical brown/gray patches - Commonly on cheeks, upper lip, forehead - More common in women - Often worsens with heat, sun, pregnancy, birth control, or hormonal shifts It’s sometimes called the “mask of pregnancy.” Why Hyperpigmentation and Melasma Occur: Pigment production involves: 1. UV radiation 2. Inflammation 3. Hormones 4. Barrier disruption Melasma is especially complex because it involves: 1. Vascular changes 2. Dermal inflammation 3. Increased melanocyte sensitivity 4. Heat triggers (not just UV) Learn how GHK-Cu and GLOW blends can help (see attached file). GHK-Cu topical and red light therapy devices designed to treat hyperpigmentation and/or melasma available in my Shopify Store: https://peptidejunkies24.shop
