I wanted to share a real-time update with you guys since I know a lot of you are curious about stacking + micro-dosing strategies:
Current Protocol (for transparency)-
- Retatrutide: 0.5 mg→ Wednesday + Friday
- Tirzepatide: 7 mg→ Monday
What I’m Noticing So Far-
Appetite / Food Behavior:
- Zero cravings… like NONE
- I literally don’t want anything
- I can’t finish a plate of food
- Actually having to force myself to eat
