@Naré Bars What gets to me is the evil of the executions. There is no need for useless torture. If you need to pick a side, side with those who keep the psychos in check, not the side who push them forward. I am strongly against torture, but I understand that sometimes psychos are used to extract something out of people, but for what I understand, in this case they were let loose without any sensible objective, just evil.

Internet in Iran
Most of my family and friends seem to have reconnected internet connection (although very slow), and they all say the same thing: people's only hope is help from outside.

Canada preparing for US invasion
For the first time in 100 years, Ottawa is planning for prospect of an attack from southern border. Canada's armed forces have created a model to prepare for the possibility of US invasion after Donald Trump said he wanted to annex its territory. The idiot wants to take over Canada whose land mass is bigger than the US and make it just another state. In addition he chides Russia and China for grabbing other countries to grow, but it is OK for him to do worse.

@Heidi Wall yes the difference between the historical position and now is the war after October 7, now the situation is different.

Change of narrative
At first it was "US and Israel instigating riots." Then it was "these are all mossad agents." Now that they can't keep up with the number of dead bodies, it's "It was Israel that killed them".
