This might be fun
I saw this in another group and thought it might be enjoyed here too. Go to your favorite AI and paste in this prompt: “Give me an unhinged roast about me.” Mine completely called me out: Your entire brand is basically: “I made you a beautiful, supportive resource.” And your customers are like: “Thank you. I cried in my car today.” 😭😅🤷🫠

Here is mine - just did it now... You don’t overthink like someone carefully solving a problem. You overthink like you’re trying to file a 37-page legal defense against the possibility of sending one email. Your brain isn’t a decision-maker right now—it’s running a 24/7 simulation lab called: “But what if I regret it in 6–8 business years?” And the wild part? You’ve probably already figured out the correct move in the first 2 minutes. But instead of acting, you appoint yourself lead investigator, defense attorney, and judge… in a case that only needed a yes/no button. Then avoidance shows up like: “Hey, I noticed we were about to do the thing. I brought snacks and mild panic. Let’s scroll instead.” And you go:“ Good idea, let’s think about it more.” It’s not that you lack clarity. It’s that you keep treating discomfort like it’s a stop sign instead of just… background noise. But here’s the part that matters more than the roast: This pattern usually means you’re trying to protect your self-image, not avoid work. You’re trying not to be someone who “messes up.” So you stall to stay “potentially correct.” That’s the real loop. If we tighten it into truth: - Overthinking = trying to guarantee no regret - Avoidance = buying short-term relief - Cost = slowly losing trust in yourself

New Resources are LIVE! Workshop + AI Squad
I just added some new resources to the Classroom: 1. The Build a Better To-Do List workshop replay is now uploaded 2. I added FIVE new AI Squad Members to the Operations team: 🌿 Willa — Strategic Business Advisor Your honest thinking partner for big decisions. Trained on offer design, pricing psychology, business model strategy, and the art of asking better questions before jumping to answers. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear — she helps you figure out what's actually true. ⚙️ Maren — Automation & Systems Mapper Helps you figure out what's worth automating, what should stay human, and what you should probably just stop doing. Trained on time-buying frameworks, the 80/20 prioritization filter, human-AI collaboration principles, and the hidden cost of tools that create more complexity than they remove. 🌸 Daisy — Client Onboarding Sequence Builder Builds the experience that makes new clients certain they made the right call — before your first session happens. Trained on client journey psychology, the emotional phases every new buyer moves through, and the science of belonging in group programs and communities. 🌼 Cora — SOP Creator Gets what's in your head into a document that can run without you. Trained on systems thinking, progressive knowledge capture, the replacement ladder, and how to write a process at exactly the right level of detail for whoever's going to use it. 🗂️ Marie — Digital Workspace Organizer ACTUALLY cleans up your Google Drive and Canva — not just advises on them. Trained on universal organizational frameworks, digital declutter philosophy, the cognitive cost of a chaotic workspace, and how to build a system you'll actually maintain. She works directly inside your connected platforms like your Google Drive and Canva workspace. (Yes, it's named after Marie Kondo because an organized Google Drive absolutely sparks joy for me!! 😜) All of these resources can be found in the Classroom and are available to Premium & VIP members. If you don't have access yet and are curious about what they are, just send me a DM and I can share more info or go through a demo!

It's FriYAY! How about a little This or That?
It's Friday! Let's kick back, have a little fun, and get to know something new about our fellow members with a little This or That. Car Life Edition - Music or podcasts? - Windows down or AC on? - Singing along or silent listener? - Snacks in the car or never? - Clean car or rolling dumpster? - Driver or passenger? - Parallel park or find another spot?

What are you building around? 🤔
Okay, real talk – what are you building your business around? Not “what’s your niche.” I mean what’s actually in the background of your life that your business has to work WITH, not against. Mine - I homeschool my 6yo, which means my co-worker has opinions about literally everything I do and zero concept of office hours. 😜 I’ve got a home improvement project in some state of “almost done” at all times. Laundry that breeds overnight. I’m also writing books and – plot twist – helping my son launch his own little art business, which apparently makes me both CMO and chief crayon organizer. My business doesn’t get to exist in a vacuum. It has to fit AROUND all of that. And honestly? That’s the whole point of this community. Not to teach you how to run a business like someone who has 40 uninterrupted hours a week. But to help you build one that actually fits YOUR life – the one with the kids, the chaos, the half-finished projects, and the dreams you’re dragging along for the ride anyway. So tell me – what’s YOUR business built around? Drop it below. I want the real version. 👇

I'm building around my clutter....I keep trying to declutter, but it seems to just keep creeping up and distracting me.
