Some Key Point in Using the IDGs to Shift Organizational Culture
I previously posted an article on this topic, however because there are so many options (which made the article so long!) I have been asked to provide some "talking points." Here are some specific ways that I am integrating the IDGs in my work with business and nonprofit clients: - As a foundation to set values - To create behavioral norms - Reinforcing decision-making and implementation processes - Customizing professional development plans - Supporting skill-building for leaders, managers, and supervisors and as a toolbox for mentoring, coaching, and supervision - As a way to counter-balance the implementation of AI (so that we remain as human beings, and not just "human doings") - Specifying ways of increasing collaboration across and beyond the organization - Enhancing the ability to take action on community and environmental causes - As a means of increasing success and satisfaction, meaning and fulfillment If you want to engage in a dialogue around any to these topics, feel free to reach out!
The Intersection of Business Culture and the IDG
Here's an article that I wrote about the intersection between the concept of business culture and the IDG framework. I pledge to practice the IDG skill of Openness & Learning Mindset in terms of receiving your comments!

@Sarah Santacroce Thanks for the suggestion, @Sarah Santacroce. Not everyone has the time and energy to read a long article. I'll summarize in a separate post.
Organizational Impact Calls
Hi Everyone, Nadene and I have been letting our brains bubble around a big question lately: How are we translating inner development into meaningful organizational impact, and what can we learn from one another’s experiences? To do that, we are wanting to co-design a brand-new offering: Organizational Impact Calls. Twice each month, members will open the doors to their organizational practice, sharing real-world experiments, challenges, and successes in applying inner development. Together, we will explore what works, what doesn't, and how we can create greater impact through collective learning. Join the Co-Design Calls: June 9th & 23rd Because this is a space built by practitioners for practitioners, we want to design the details with you. We are hosting two initial community calls to discuss, see who's interested and what your needs are: - Tuesday, June 9th at 12:30 CET - Tuesday, June 23rd at 12:30 CET Note: Both sessions will be recorded if you can't make it live, but we’d love your presence and insights in the room. Let's see what we can create together. Warmly, Sarah & Nadene

I would very much like to participate in these sessions, however for those of us in North America they begin at 6:30am in the Eastern time zone, and later for other zones. It changes my business day to get up early enough to be fully present and then have energy for the rest of the day. I realize that the IDG has been significantly adopted on a greater scale in Europe, but we really need it here in the States!

@Nadene Canning I truly appreciate the consideration of a session at a time that would work better. I have to smile when I tell you that on the 23rd at that time I will be meeting my colleagues in the Boston IDG Hub. So many possibilities, so little time!
