🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | Jan 9 – Jan 16
From multi-thousand-dollar deals to first real client automations, this week inside AIS+ was all about execution turning into confidence - and confidence turning into momentum. 🚀 Here are this week’s highlights inside AIS+ 👇 👉 @Nick Grijalva completed Phase 1 of an $8K client project, replacing hours of manual work with a clean file-sync automation. 👉 @David Kim closed a $11,795 setup + $7,732/month retainer, sharing powerful lessons on value-driven client calls. 👉 @Gerard Vazquez landed his first €1,500 end-to-end project after consistent outreach and free consults. 👉 @Kishan Shukla secured a contract role as an n8n AI Automation Engineer, turning skills into steady income. 👉 @Krishna A built an AI micro-SaaS for UGC ads, cutting ad creation time and cost dramatically. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight: @Jon Roth | First Client → Real Savings → Real Confidence Jon built his first professional automation for a niche 3D-printed auto-parts business. The workflow now saves the company ~$18,700 per year by replacing manual Shopify order processing and earned Jon $2,000 from his very first client. More importantly, the build gave him the confidence to pursue automation seriously, with multiple follow-up contracts already in motion. 🎥 Watch Jon share his journey 👇 Jon’s story is a reminder that one real build can change everything - confidence, direction, and belief in what’s possible. ✨ Want to start stacking wins like this? 🚀New Video: Easiest Way to Migrate n8n Workflows Between Accounts (cloud to self-hosted)
In this video, I walk through how you can migrate hundreds of n8n workflows from one instance to another without losing track of anything. I show exactly how I moved all of my workflows from n8n Cloud to my self-hosted n8n instance by pulling every workflow into Google Sheets, logging what’s already been migrated, and then importing them into the new instance. This gives you a clean system to avoid duplicates, stay organized, and safely move everything over if you’re setting up a new n8n environment or switching hosting. GOOGLE SHEET TEMPLATE

@Hicham Char that work we can never avoid . we have to go in to every valuable workflow and reactivate the "credentials stuff"
Overwhelmed by the AI space?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed in the AI space right now, that’s completely normal. I feel behind every single day. Things are moving insanely fast. Andrej Karpathy recently tweeted that he’s never felt this behind as a programmer. And this is someone who was the Director of AI at Tesla, a founding member of OpenAI, and one of the most respected people in the field. So if one of the leading voices in AI feels behind, you should not feel bad at all for feeling the same way. As we kick off the new year, just a reminder to focus on building simple systems for yourself, keep learning, keep experimenting, and keep moving forward. Don’t let the overwhelm stop you. Consistent progress always beats trying to keep up with everything. You’re in the right place. Cheers, Nate

Why I write content on my own (not AI)
I run an AI automation agency and I still write my posts manually. Not because AI can’t write. Because credibility can’t be automated. AI can: • clean structure • tighten hooks • fix flow AI can’t: • form opinions • earn scars • sound human The moment your feed smells like AI, people stop believing you — even if the advice is good. Use AI as a multiplier, not a mouthpiece. Automate the boring parts. Keep the thinking, judgment, and voice messy and yours. Otherwise you won’t build an audience. You’ll build noise. Learn this early.
