One day I’m 100% focused on outbound lead gen. The next day I see a video on YouTube about AI Influencers and I lose 6 hours researching that. Then I switch to building internal tools. I feel like I’m building 10 bridges halfway instead of 1 bridge all the way across. Question for the veterans in the group: How do you structure your week to balance Learning vs. Building vs. Outreach? I need to lock in. Any productivity frameworks that worked for you guys?

I have noticed that some agents are good at speaking but not listening. For example: agent: what is your full name Customer: Feyisayo Agent : eiyiseyo? I didn’t quite catch that ? Can you please spell it out letter by letter Customer : fe Agent :(cuts me off) I couldn’t quite catch that.
