🌎 We’re Officially International — Go Belize
With the addition of Marie (Luis’s wife), our Think Outside the Cell Community just crossed borders. Go Belize. That’s right — this isn’t just a local movement anymore. It’s not just NYC. It’s not just the tri-state area. It’s not even just the United States. We are building something global. And that matters. Because financial literacy, ownership mindset, and wealth-building are not geographic. They’re universal. The same principles that help someone in Chelsea rethink their spending plan… Help someone in Belize rethink their savings strategy… Help someone anywhere begin investing with confidence. This is how movements grow. One person. One room. One conversation at a time. And here’s the challenge: Ask one person today to join our community. Just one. Someone who: - Needs a healthier relationship with money - Is tired of survival mode - Wants to build, not just earn - Believes their past does not define their financial future Growth doesn’t happen because of algorithms. It happens because of alignment. We are building a community of owners. Of thinkers.Of wealth architects. And now, we’re international. Let’s keep expanding. Ask one person today.

Yesterday in Chelsea, something powerful happened.
Our monthly Think Outside the Cell Community Meetup brought together growth-minded leaders — and what made it especially meaningful was the presence of two strong women, Cherri B and Marie, who added depth, insight, and powerful energy to the room. We need more of that. We need more justice-impacted women stepping into spaces where money is discussed openly. Where mindset is sharpened. Where ownership replaces limitation. Several of us sat around the table and played Cashflow, the financial literacy game created by Robert Kiyosaki — and let me tell you, it sparked conversations that went far beyond dice and game cards. It sparked: - Conversations about escaping survival mode - Conversations about investing instead of reacting - Conversations about how we build wealth differently This is what the Think Outside the Cell Community is about. Not just talking about money — but experiencing it, understanding it, and reshaping our relationship with it. And here’s what’s next: 📅 Saturday, March 20, 2026🕐 1:00 PM We’ve got lots of special activities planned over the course of the year: a boat ride, picnic, bowling, talent show, and more. All while living the Think Outside the Cell lifestyle. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, it’s time to step in. If you’re a justice-impacted woman looking for a space to grow, you belong here. This community is rising — and you’re invited to rise with it. Stay tuned for details.

Thank you for sharing this. I agree that playing the board game is fundamental mindset shift which all of need to experience.
Identity Comes First
Before you build wealth, you build a self-image. Most of us were taught to see money as something we survive, fear, or react to. That shapes how we move. If you see yourself as “bad with money,” you’ll avoid it, or waste it. If you see yourself as “just getting by,” you’ll make decisions that keep you there. An ownership mindset starts with a different identity: I am someone who plans. I am someone who learns. I am someone who builds. When you change how you see yourself, your behavior follows. Budgets stop feeling like punishment. Saving becomes protection. Investing becomes a vote for your future. You don’t become disciplined and then change your indentity. You change your identity—and discipline grows naturally. This is the work: Not just learning what to do with money, but becoming the kind of person who does it.

I definitely agree with you! Our first understanding of money comes from our parents and siblings. They taught us knowingly and unbeknownst to them what they heard and learned from others. Money is like a weather, the more you learn how to navigate the more effective you become embracing it.
A milestone
Good morning everyone. I hope things are going great with everyone. I wanted to share with community that one of our members just published a book. Here’s a link and feel free to support him. Have a wonderful day. https://youtu.be/m9rxx0VoIgY
Yesterday’s Think Outside the Cell Community meetup was powerful.
We gathered at Parole Prep’s office in Chelsea with high energy, great conversation, and some seriously good tuna subs. We welcomed five new members into the community, and the room felt alive with possibility—people connecting, sharing ideas, and building real relationships. One of our newest members, Farhan, gave an engaging talk about Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow game and how it teaches real-world money thinking. Even better, he’s agreed to teach and play the game with us at our next meetup on February 21st. Each person in the room shared a bit about who they are and what they’re building. It was honest, grounded, and inspiring. We opened and closed with our new community mantra: I am the boss of money.I move with purpose.I build the life I deserve. That’s more than words—it’s an identity shift. If you weren’t there, you were missed. This isn’t just about money. It's about who we’re becoming.
