This question goes against the mindset
During a critical phase of a remote environmental research project, a key analyst departs, and a new member joins with limited familiarity of the project's challenges and objectives. While extensive documentation exists, the project's complexity may slow the new member's onboarding. What proactive measure should the project manager take to ensure effective integration? A. Reallocate critical tasks to experienced team members until the new member is fully onboarded B. Require the new member to thoroughly review all project documentation before starting their tasks C. Schedule daily check-ins with the new member to monitor their progress and clarify doubts D. Assign a mentor from the team to guide the new member through the project’s challenges and objectives Assigning a mentor; isn't it directive and against servant leadership principles? Also this is not an inclusive solution as the PM is delegating the work to others. @Andrew Ramdayal
