i have a question how do you manage with kids that highly interested in training but once cost comes to play it’s left on seen , open or just flake? Me personally I feel like a-lot of kids want the 1% results but aren’t willing to invest but those same kids Ive seen they buy clothes food daily etc? When it comes down to training I will never chase because the person has to really want to get better to understand the investment into themselves and with the membership and solo/ group prices it isn’t much as well compared to these other trainers and guys spent 10x on other trainers complain then come to me and enjoy the work but still not wanting to pay

@Daniel Cooper in college I started off with documentation in my book called free the mind then moved into challenging my focus learned from pjf performance I would pick a target in the rim move around and focus on that specific spot then into shooting with Brad focus for handle work ball control + pound work then moved into breath work I struggled with my nerves I used the 7-11 method to calm me down

Looking for tried-and-tested ideas: passing, defence and rebounding
Hi al, I’m looking to add more activities to my player development sessions that help players improve their passing, especially in game-like situations. I’m also looking to develop the defensive and rebounding parts of our workouts. Do you have any drills, activities or resources that you’ve used and found effective in your own workouts? I’m particularly interested in ideas that can be adapted for individual work or small groups, and that help players practise reading the play and making decisions under pressure. For defence, I’m thinking about areas like containment, closeouts and reacting to the ball. For rebounding, I’d like to work on finding a player, making contact, pursuing the ball and getting into transition. Any tried-and-tested suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

@Daniel Cooper I used to just watch flim without and intention just watching to “ see and try to implement” then I started watching more intentional pausing and breaking down what I’m seeing
