Question about plan to build mass
When doing the plan to build mass, if i am in category 1, 2 or 3, how many times should i do it per week? Should i do it Monday and thursday? or how?

@Daemon Caliversity thanks, by the way i have a little issue, i can do just 10 pull ups but i can do 15 dips, do i start in category 1 or 2?
