Hey Everyone, Glad to be a part of the community and excited to grow with everyone here! I run a Real Estate Marketing Agency where I run ads on Meta for realtors, super simple service using GHL for everything else. Ive got a really good understanding of GHL, creating ads that get leads, workflows, etc. The only issue is I've been promising my clients (currently 4) that im going to get an AI Appointment Setter set up so they dont need to contact and follow up with each lead themselves. The idea is that every time a new lead comes in the AI either books them in for an in person home evaluation or a phone consult with the Realtor but Im not sure which AI to use. Im stuck between using Appointwise, GHL conversational AI or a mix of ghl, make.com and openai to create an AI agent and my budget isn't high enough to test all 3. Does anyone have an AI software they've seen good results with specifically for Realtors and is there any other way to improve my service if im just offering ads and appointment setting? Ive also got landing pages Ive created incase lead volume is super high and quality is terrible but im hoping the AI will filter through those leads anyways. Final thing, would I be better off hiring a Sales Agent to call up each lead within 5 minutes of opt in to my clients ads when ive got a larger budget over AI? Did anyone skip cold outreach & go straight into running paid ads? @Liam Casey if someone such as myself is in a position where I have the funds to run ads & can fund the ad spend do you recommend skipping cold? Also, for those who went from cold to paid ads, how big of a difference was it? Would love to hear.
