Here is a sobering reality โ€” Sundays tell the story of whoโ€™s serious, and those who are just 'playing' closer. Most people waste them. Sleeping in, nursing hangovers, scrolling, binging television and YouTube - saying they need a "rest" while avoiding the discomfort of doing what is needing to be done. But the ones who win? They use Sunday to reset the chess board. They plan, prep, and work when others are "resetting", having "me time", or doing some other dopamine chasing, comfort seeking, bullshit - nonsense. Look in the mirror and ask yourself this: are you ending the week asleepโ€ฆ or setting the tone for domination tomorrow? Itโ€™s Sunday. For most people, that means drinking, watching sports, or killing hours on bullshit that wonโ€™t move their life forward ...again. But youโ€™re not most people.
