Inbound Not Connected
I’m running into an issue where any inbound call to some of my assistant’s numbers (not all of them) immediately disconnects without ever ringing. In the Call List, the status shows “Not_connected.” (see screenshot) Here’s what I’ve checked so far: - I verified that the number is active and routed to the assistant. - I tested with different callers/devices to rule out caller-side issues. Could someone from the community help me debug this? Here are a few questions I have: 1. Are there default timeouts or “silence detection” parameters that could cause an immediate disconnect? 2. Is there a way to view call logs or diagnostics to see exactly why the call shows “Not_connected”? 3. Could there be a mis-routing or configuration issue on the number itself rather than in the workflow? 4. Are there known incompatibilities with certain regions, numbers, or carriers that might cause this? 5. What’s the best way to test whether this is a system bug or a configuration problem? Thanks in advance for any pointers — I’m hoping I can isolate the root cause and get inbound calls connecting properly again.

Can I Stop AI from Leaving Voicemails?
I have tried variations of voicemail detection and other things. Can you please walk me through how I can stop AI from leaving voicemails?

Disconnect SubAccount
Is it possible to wipe out everything in a subaccount to start it fresh? It needs to be connected to the same subaccount in GHL, but we want all call logs wiped. How can I do this?
White Label Domain Help
I came across a post from March regarding the invite emails and password reset links still pointing to createassistant.com. It was mentioned that this was being updated, but the issue still seems to persist. Here’s the link to the original post where Jordan mentioned it was being patched: https://www.skool.com/assistable/white-label-domain-2 Is this still being worked on? We've white-labeled our account and would prefer that our users only see our branding when receiving invites or resetting their passwords.

Have the Assistant NOT Leave a Voicemail
What would be the best way for the assistant to NOT leave a voicemail? Should "Enable Voicemail Detection & Message" be on or off? I added this into the prompt, but it is still leaving voicemails: - Do not leave a voicemail under any circumstances, even if the “voicemail reached” tag is not present. - If "voicemail reached" tag is on the contact, do not leave a voicemail. Also, what would be the best method so it would only leave 1 voicemail if it ever called the contact again?
