Should I pay for a training contract coach, self fund my SQE, or do a masters?
Hello everyone, I am a law graduate from a non target university with a 2:1. I managed to secure an internship at an international firm and a vacation scheme at another international firm. However, I still don't have a training contract. As the new TC cycle begins, I am confused as to which direction I should go with. I know I need to do something different to secure a training contract but I don't know what. I am currently figuring out whether I should pay for a TC coach, self fund my SQE with BARBRI with the hopes of securing a TC when I am done, or go for a masters in Law and something else. I want to undertake my masters at a Russell Group university in London like LSE, UCL or QMU, so I will need to pay for some of the fees on my own. Is there any advice someone can give me in regards to what the best option is? I am not financially well off so I can only afford one of the options above. I really want to get a TC by the end of this cycle. I have a couple of legal experiences and I currently work a corporate job for the NHS. I would appreciate any insight or advice anyone here can give me. @Hassan Akram
