👋 Hi, I’m Eugene(Eayze) Simelton______!
Hi my name is Eayze I live in __Washington D.C and I plan on making $_5-10,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  To become the greatest dispatcher I can be. 2. To be able to help as many people improve their craft. 3.  To get the best college education from joining this course. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.Enjoy the most time that I have with my family. 2. Watch wrestling. 3. Relax and keep my mind clear and focus.

@Apriell Hyde Hey April, Thank you for reaching out to me. Yeah I still watch W.W.E all week long. All 3 of those wrestlers you named were my favorite in the Attitude era, noe things have changed, I would say Roman Reigns is my top guy now
👋 Hi, I'm Adam!
Hi everyone! My name is Adam. I live in west-central Minnesota, and my goal is to build a dispatching business that consistently generates $10,000+ per month while helping owner-operators grow profitable businesses. I joined this community because I know there are people here who have already done what I'm trying to accomplish, and I'd rather learn from their experience than try to figure everything out on my own. The three biggest things I hope to get from this course and community are: 1. Learn how to consistently find and negotiate high-paying freight. 2. Build a dispatching business that attracts great owner-operators and keeps them for the long term. 3. Connect with other entrepreneurs who are serious about helping each other succeed. A little about me... I've spent many years coaching college basketball, including coaching at the NCAA Division I level. I've also been a teacher and have owned a few businesses over the years. I enjoy learning new skills and building businesses from the ground up, which is what led me here. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wife and our four boys. I also enjoy woodworking, building sheds, and just about any project that lets me work with my hands. Basketball is still a huge part of my life, and I continue to enjoy teaching players how to become better shooters. I'm excited to learn from all of you and hopefully contribute as I grow. If you've already landed your first dispatching client, I'd love to hear what made the biggest difference in getting started. Looking forward to connecting with everyone! 🇺🇸 Adam P.S. What's the one piece of advice you'd give someone during their first 30 days in the dispatching business?

Hey Adam, my name is Eayze, and I to am new to dispatching. I believe in eveything you said about there are very many of people in the group sucsessful in dispatching to learn from, because they have the roadmap to be very successful and I to want to gain as much knowlege and information so I to can be a valuble asset to as many people I can. Keep up the good work, and possbly converse with you in the near future.
Got my first carrier!!!
Update: I collected my first carrier today. A friend that owns a box truck company with three trucks. Some context: I had to cancel my subscription to the paid portion of Dispatcher University, not because the system does not work but because I can not afford it at the moment. To those that don't know, I was taken advantage of in late 2025 as a lease on owner operator. It left my business near bankruptcy. I transitioned into dispatch because of it. I'm grateful to God I was able to use my contacts in the industry to scale the biggest hurdle to dispatchers, finding carriers. Otherwise I would have to spend lots of money in advertising to let carriers know my company exists. Then afterwards I would have to convince them to work with me. My industry connections helped me bypass that expense and roadblock. Grateful to @Gurpreet Gill for his teaching and expertise that gave me knowledge and tools to help my friends run their businesses more efficiently. I'm encouraged and excited about the future. Once my company returns to the black, I'll return with an update. Thanks to everyone I've met in this community and to all the encouraging words and advice. I can't wait to come back with more good news.

Congratulations Boss man, I hope you get many more carriers, so you and your family can buy back your time and be blessed to do all of the things you want to do.

I’m trying to join this community, in order to gain access to enough information that I can be able to repair my own credit
