You're not behind on AI. You're behind on the wrong version of AI.👇
1. Most entrepreneurs learned to use AI as a prompt machine. Type a question, get an answer. That's not a system. That's a fancier Google. Prompt: Act as an AI implementation strategist with deep expertise in agentic workflow design. My business is [BUSINESS TYPE] and I currently use AI by manually prompting it one task at a time. Audit my current AI usage and show me the three highest-leverage places where an agentic system could replace manual prompting entirely. Ask me any questions you have. 2. Agentic AI doesn't wait for you to ask. It receives a goal, breaks it into steps, and executes each one without hand-holding. That changes the role of the entrepreneur from operator to architect. Prompt: Act as an autonomous AI workflow engineer. My company handles [CORE BUSINESS PROCESS]. Map out a multi-step agentic AI workflow that could run this process from start to finish with minimal human input. Ask me any questions you have. 3. The shift from prompt-based AI to agentic AI is the equivalent of going from hiring a temp worker for one task to hiring a project manager who runs the whole department. Prompt: Act as an operations consultant specializing in AI agent deployment for small businesses. I run a [BUSINESS TYPE] with a team of [TEAM SIZE]. Identify which department or workflow in my business would benefit most from an agentic AI system and explain why. Ask me any questions you have. 4. Right now, you're the bottleneck in your own AI setup. Every time you have to write a new prompt, that's a process that hasn't been automated yet. Agentic AI removes you from the loop. Prompt: Act as an AI productivity architect. I am a [ROLE] at a [COMPANY SIZE] business. Analyze my daily workflow and identify the top five tasks I currently do manually that could be delegated to an AI agent running autonomously. Ask me any questions you have. 5. The entrepreneurs who understand this distinction now will have a structural advantage in 12 months that cannot be bought. You can't catch up to someone who automated their operations a year before you.

Thinking of migrating from ChatGPT to Claude?
Here is a 4-prompt system that moves everything you’ve built in ChatGPT over to Claude in under an hour. No drama. No data loss. No starting from scratch. A lot of people in our space are quietly re-evaluating their AI stack right now. I’m not going to get into the politics … that’s a rabbit hole with no bottom. What I will say is this: if the noise of the last few weeks has you curious about Claude, I don’t want the friction of migrating to be the reason you don’t try it. So here is a migration plan. Four prompts. Step by step. Here’s how it works: Step 1 - Run Prompt 1 inside ChatGPT. It extracts your memory, your work product, your preferences, your projects - everything you’ve built. Think of it as a full handoff document from your old AI to your new one. Step 2 - Bring that export to Claude and run Prompt 2. Claude synthesizes it into a clean Master Context Document - formatted specifically for how Claude works best. Step 3 - Run Prompt 3 to turn that document into your Claude Project instructions. This is your “memory layer.” Every conversation in that project starts with full context about who you are and how you work. Step 4 - Use Prompt 4 anytime you start a new thread. Fast context injection. Back up to speed in 60 seconds. One quick note for the Claude newcomers: Claude doesn’t store memory the way ChatGPT does by default - but honestly, that’s a feature, not a bug. Plus, Claude supports SKILLS, which may be the single most effective way to train and control your AI model… Your Project becomes your memory. You control it. You own it. And it works across every conversation in that project. All four prompts are in the comments. Copy them. Use them. Let me know how it goes. If you’ve been on the fence - this is your on-ramp.

What about to Gemini @Angel Fletcher ?
Most People Treat ChatGPT Like A Search Bar. The Ones Making Money Treat It Like A Business Partner.
Most people are using ChatGPT wrong. Not a little wrong. Fundamentally wrong. And it's costing them hours every week without them even knowing it. The difference between the marketers struggling with AI and the ones winning with it comes down to one thing — how they talk to it. This one will change how you use AI starting today. 1. The Search Bar Mistake: Here's how most people use ChatGPT. They open it up. Type something like "marketing tips for beginners." Read what comes back. Feel vaguely underwhelmed. Close the tab. Tell someone AI is overrated. Sound familiar? That's using a Formula 1 car to drive to the mailbox. The tool is capable of extraordinary things. But you've got to give it something to work with. A search query isn't giving it anything. It's the same as typing into Google except without the links. And we already talked about what Google gives you. 2. The Business Partner Mindset: Here's the shift that changes everything. Stop thinking of AI as a search engine. Start thinking of it as the smartest business partner you've ever had. One who never sleeps. Never gets emotional. Never has an off day. Never charges you by the hour. And has read more about marketing, business, strategy, and human psychology than any single person ever could. That partner is sitting there right now waiting for you to bring them into your business. But you have to talk to them like a partner. Not like a search engine. 3. What Talking To AI Like A Partner Actually Looks Like: A search query sounds like this — "how to get more followers." A business partner conversation sounds like this — "I'm building a Facebook presence for digital marketers who are stuck in affiliate and network marketing and haven't found consistent income yet. My brand is NoEmployeez and my core message is owning your income instead of renting your time. What are the five most effective ways to grow an engaged following of exactly this type of person on Facebook in the next 90 days? Be specific and rank them by impact."

Cool summary of what to start with: Number one — who you are and what you do. Number two — who your audience is and what they're struggling with. Number three — what specific outcome you need right now.
Too many tabs open in your brain? Here’s how AI can organize your life 👇
1. Entrepreneur brain is different. You’re not just thinking about today. You’re thinking about offers, content, clients, growth, ideas, revenue, systems… It’s not that you can’t handle it. It’s that you’re trying to store everything instead of structuring it. That’s exhausting. 2. Here’s the shift: Stop using AI for random tasks. Start using it as your second brain. Open ChatGPT and say: “Act as my executive assistant. I’m going to dump everything on my mind. Organize it clearly.” Then unload it all. No editing. Let it sort the noise. 3. Next step: Turn thoughts into priorities. Prompt: “Based on this, what are my top 3 priorities for this week if I want to grow my business?” Now you’re not juggling 27 ideas. You’re focused on 3 real moves. That alone lowers stress instantly. 4. Then go one layer deeper. Ask: “Which of these tasks should be automated, delegated, or turned into a system?” Most overwhelm isn’t volume. It’s repetition. AI helps you see patterns you’ve been too busy to notice. 5. Here’s what I love about this approach: You don’t need a new productivity app. You don’t need another planner. You just need a place to think clearly. AI doesn’t replace your brain. It frees it. And when your brain is clear… you build better.
