A question for all you guys in the remodeling niche: 1) What's the best outreach method? (I am currently trying cold calling from YP but the pickup rate is quite dogshit tbh) 2) What are their preferred pricing models? Are they ok with a retainer or pifs also could be a thing?

But without a hammer, you're going to have a difficult time.​ ​ And think about that for a second. This simple tool, a hammer, can do a job 100x more effectively than you can if you were to just try doing it yourself.​ ​ So here's my new belief.​ ​ #1 Invest in tools​ ​ #2 Invest in learning how to use those tools effectively.​ ​ We have so much opportunity in 2024. So many tools at our disposal. But if we don't know how to use them properly we can end up hurting ourselves rather than helping.​ ​ So Facebook ads is a tool, that has made people billions and billions of dollars.​ ​ That's a lot of power in one tool… but it's worthless if you don't know how to use it effectively.​ ​ So from now on, INVEST IN TOOLS!​ ​ And DONT buy ​anyones course UNLESS it teaches you how to use a tool effectively. ​ ​ That's just what I learned :)​ ​ I’m putting together a list of all the tools I use to book 10 sales calls per day.
