I have begun to use instantly for outreach and contacting businesses that might be interested in my acquiring my agent. Ive seen many people suggest that you send a link to your website in a followup email after a customers initial response. I don't have a website created and don't see a huge need for it as I have yet to acquire an interest email in return. What are the benefits of having a website?

I am curious if I need to setup an LLC before hiring out an agent for payment and tax purposes? Also what method are you guys using to accept payments from customers?

I'm curious as to how you are supposed to implement the agent into a businesses phone? I have my agent built and I'm looking to advertise it to businesses but I'm only missing the knowledge on how I will implement it into their business.
