Most difficult/objections/rapport call in a long time
I wanted to provide a brief recap of my recent sales call. - The client initially had little trust and hesitated to engage. - A third party (her mate) in the background attempted to shut down the call. - The client requested a callback and additional information, signaling resistance. Overcoming Objections: - I addressed trust concerns by establishing rapport and maintaining control of the conversation. - Despite external pushback, I kept the client engaged by leading with value and addressing concerns directly.
