I wanted to provide a brief recap of my recent sales call.
  • The client initially had little trust and hesitated to engage.
  • A third party (her mate) in the background attempted to shut down the call.
  • The client requested a callback and additional information, signaling resistance.
Overcoming Objections:
  • I addressed trust concerns by establishing rapport and maintaining control of the conversation.
  • Despite external pushback, I kept the client engaged by leading with value and addressing concerns directly.
