💔 The YAP Skool Community Is Closing on Tuesday
After a lot of thought, we’ve decided to officially shut down this Skool community on Tuesday, May 12th. But I want to make one thing very clear… This is NOT the end of our community. Not even close. This community was never just about a platform. It was about ambitious people coming together to grow. Entrepreneurs chasing big dreams. Creators putting themselves out there. People leveling up their lives, careers, businesses, health, and mindset together. And that doesn’t disappear. Platforms change Business evolves. But the YAP family is here to stay ❤️ So while this Skool chapter is coming to an end, I’d love for you guys to stay connected with us through the places where we’ll continue showing up every single week: 🎙️ Young and Profiting Podcast 📲 Instagram That’s where I’ll continue sharing new interviews, business lessons, behind-the-scenes moments, mindset shifts, and everything we’re building next. Some of you have been here since the beginning. Some of you just joined recently. Either way, I genuinely appreciate you for being part of this community and this journey with me. And trust me…We’re just getting started 🚀

Honestly, I find relief and comfort in this. I have found that simplifying WHERE I show up is having a greater impact on HOW I show up. It's so challenging (for everyone!) to keep up with all the channels. Love and support this! ❤️
What Would You Ask The CEO of LinkedIn ?
I'm on a plane to New York to interview the CEO of LinkedIn, Ryan Roslansky. While I fly, I'm using AI to build a custom "Research Brief Studio" app to prep for this interview. I've been iterating on it across my last three guests, and it is INCREDIBLE. I'm obsessed with building apps with AI. And honestly? Six months ago, I was sleeping on AI — just like so many of you still are. That's exactly why this conversation matters. Ryan just wrote a book called Open to Work about how AI is reshaping every aspect of our careers. Not someday. Right now. LinkedIn's own data shows 70% of the skills required for the average job could change by 2030. A few things from his book that stopped me in my tracks: Your job isn't your title anymore — it's a collection of tasks. Some of those tasks AI can already do better than you. The question is: what's left that only YOU can do? Ryan says AI won't just automate work — it'll reshape identity. People will define themselves by what they can uniquely do WITH AI, not by their job title. He identifies 5 human skills AI can never replicate: curiosity, courage, creativity, compassion, and communication. We've been calling these "soft skills" our entire careers. He says they're about to become survival skills. Ryan's bottom line: AI won't replace you. But someone using AI will. And every day you wait, the gap gets wider. I'm sitting on this plane right now, prepping questions for one of the most important interviews I've ever done. But I want to hear from YOU — what would you ask the CEO of LinkedIn about AI and the future of your career? Drop your question below, and I'll try to ask the best ones.

Very cool interview, Hala—I can't wait to hear it! Ryan talks about identity shifting from titles to tasks… but I keep coming back to identity through story. If AI accelerates output, but not necessarily meaning... then depth, connection, and lived experience become the real differentiators. How does Ryan see LinkedIn evolving to support that — especially on a platform that often rewards speed and visibility over depth?
