⚓️ Leadership isn’t a race — it’s a rhythm.
Most high achievers learn to sprint. Few learn to breathe. If you’re feeling constantly “on”, chances are your body has been carrying the weight of your leadership long before your mind notices it. The truth is: your health is the first system that collapses when your leadership becomes unsustainable. ✨ Here’s the reframe: Self-care isn’t indulgence. It’s system maintenance. Rest isn’t retreat. It’s recalibration. Movement isn’t luxury. It’s leadership hygiene. When you take care of the vessel, you make better decisions at the helm. 💭 Reflect: - Where in your body are you currently storing tension that used to be drive? - What would change if your energy was managed like your calendar — intentionally and proactively? - What’s one simple ritual that helps you return to center? 👇 Drop it below. I want to hear the micro-rituals or health habits that keep you leading from a place of strength, not survival.

I love the post and the timing couldn't be more perfect. I've recently noticed the cycle of burnout, and it's literally exactly how you describe it: constantly being on while the body is completely exhausted. I'm slowly introducing some rest and recalibration, and already seeing results 🙏
