I’m bringing this up because I recently caught myself feeling like a failure simply because I wasn’t succeeding in the exact way I had imagined. But when I paused long enough to zoom out and honestly look at everything I’ve built, contributed to, and overcome, I realized it was actually quite significant. The problem wasn’t that I had failed. It was that I had unknowingly tied my worth to one very specific picture of success. And in doing that, I was overlooking all the ways I had already grown, impacted others, and moved forward. So this is just a reminder: When you’re feeling defeated, take a step back before you judge your life too harshly. Honor what you’ve done. Honor how far you’ve come. Sometimes the pressure we place on ourselves blinds us to the evidence that we are already becoming who we hoped to be.

I am leading an in person breath work and nervous system regulation workshop today. The focus is on: 💜 Learning how to stay calm in high pressure situations. 💜 How to turn your brain off when it just won’t stop. 💜 How to find your center among all the worldly chaos. 💜 Why slowing down is actually speeding up.
