Ignite Members: What Part of Class is Most Valuable for You?
If you are an Ignite member who attends live classes: What's the biggest value you get from Ignite classes that would have you hungry to come (or at least consistent) in attending each week? If none of these appeal, comment below what would be valuable to attend on a weekly basis. Or please share any other feedback of what could be better/improved.

It's my pleasure to introduce you to @Heather Kohlmeister hired as SolJoy's latest team member! So excited to have her role as an Executive Virtual Assistant and to help support this community and it's leadership moving forward. If you don't know Heather, she has a super calming presence, attention to detail, reliable follow through and someone who does the inner work as one of our most active SolJoy members present for our live classes. She LOVES getting her hands in the dirt of her garden and she currently just snowbirded to Nicaragua with her husband and 2 daughters this past month! I kept it relaxed this last holiday week. I didn't take on more, didn't create more fuss. I was really proud of myself for keeping it simple. And guess what? The gratitude flowed in! No resentment over obligations or chores.
Vote for Additional Meditation Class Times
Exciting news! Ever have a hard time meditating consistently? Notice that it's way easier in a group, even if just with one other person? We'll be adding a new meditation class time in addition to Fri at 8am, which will be turned into a "No Host" meditation hour open to those who have completed the free 5 day challenge (which gives you the basics and foundation to make the most of your meditation hour). Then we'll add a different day for Ignite members hosted by me. Please vote which time works best for you and this will be a time that I will host. Comment if you can make more than 1 time. Shout out to Founding Member @Erika Kinno for the idea of adding "no host" meditation times to the calendar. What does "no host" mean? Just like it sounds. There's no host, a Skool link will be given, and anyone can simply join in and meditate in silence however they'd like. If you cannot make the whole hour, stay as long as you are able.

How often do you stop and give gratitude to your body? Your body has trillions of cells working for you nonstop 24/7 without pay and often without thanks. For the most, we aren’t paying attention unless we get a diagnosis, an injury, or something feels sore or stiff with limited mobility. Now imagine you are the CEO of your body, with trillions of workers faithfully showing up without a paycheck all day every moment just to nurture you. What would you want to say to them? I have had success in telling the parts of my body that hurt that I love them. I have an achilles injury and every night I massage it and say thank you I love you. Interestingly, my PT trainer noticed that I now have greater flexibility in my injured ankle. He asked me what I was doing differently between the two feet. He thought maybe I was playing soccer or something. I told him about this, and he thought it was crazy, but I believe..
